Starbucks — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

If I could give no stars I would. This place is bogus. I showed up to this Starbucks around 6:40pm. I was in line of 4 cars for about 25 mins. Which was only the first problem but it is what it is. Then my White Chocolate Mocha Frap was made incorrectly so it tasted like a Vanilla Bean, I had my bf walk inside to get it remade. He sat in there for another 20 mins. So I walk in, in a rage, and ask about my drink. They give it to me. I stepped outside and realized since we had waited 20 mins, my bfs drink was now completely melted, so I walked back in. I asked them to remake it because we had waited so long. But I asked if it was going to take another half hour and a white lady with glasses, had the audacity to tell me “nope, it’s going to be about 5 mins because there are a couple people ahead of you. EXCUSE ME? I sat in that line for 25 mins, paid, and waited another 20 for my drink you messed up and now I magically jumped to the back of the line? The service was terrible, this is the second time I went to that location in a month and got my drink made to taste like Vanilla, and that lady that spoke to me was rude with what and how she said what she said. But here’s the kicker, my bfs drink which was a Frap, literally took 4 mins so why did I wait a whole 50 mins for my two Fraps? Oh and also, as I waited for my bfs drink, another lady walked in talking about how they made her White Chocolate Mocha taste like Vanilla. JUST TRASH. This use to be my spot, this is where I earned my gold card back in the day, but I’ll NEVER be back to...

I'm sure after today someone is going to leave a bad review, so I wanted to drop a good one. I came in today not knowing it was happy hour. Ordered, thinking half an hour before I had to go pick up my cat from the vet. I noticed they were pretty busy, but didn't realize that not only was the line long inside and out, but a lot of people were picking up group orders.

I'm going to skip ahead because long story (and wait) short, I did not have enough time. I worked in the service industry for years and get it - I ended up having to leave before my drink could be made, and when I let a barista know, their service was exceptional. Kudos to the staff at this location. They were all working amazingly and kept their cool in a huge rush, and had drinks coming out at an exceptional pace.

Anyone who complains has clearly never been on the other side of the counter in a situation like that. I'll definitely be back. Just not at happy hour when I'm...
