I am so incredibly disappointed in this location. I was so happy when I found out they were opening near my home as I have been a rewards member for years and enjoy dining at the Keller location but after another terrible experience i am done with this location. This weekend, my order was delayed by 30 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. While delays can happen, the unprofessional behavior of the staff member who assisted me compounded the issue.
The employee was not only rude but also exhibited a lack of basic customer service skills. As soon as I walked in the door, she yelled at me, "Are you picking up or placing an order?" No, hello, no eye contact. After telling her I was there to pick up an order all she said was "we haven't even started it" again no eye contact or apology, and this was 15 minutes past my scheduled pickup time. I told her that was okay and sat down to wait. I observed several customers leave the restaurant after being informed that she couldn't take their orders because they were too behind. 20 minutes of waiting later, I finally got my order. I understand people are short staffed, and I work in customer service as well, so I was still polite and pleasant, and I thanked her when she threw my order on the counter. Again, no thank you, no eye contact, no apology.. .just met with the same poor attitude, which was both disappointing and uncalled for.
To add to my frustration, upon arriving home, I discovered that my order was incorrect, further ruining our dinner experience. I purchased their 15/15 bone in and boneless combo and received all bone in wings instead, which my family did not eat. What a waste of time and money just to have our weekend...

When I got home, I realized that I was given an order of 10 mild wings; there were no sweet BBQ wings so, I called the restaurant back to explain the situation. I assume that I was speaking with the manager when I called. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, I was asked if I'd checked my order before I left. I explained that since I don't work for Buffalo Wild Wings, it's you're responsibility to ensure that I'm receiving a correct order. Finally, after being put on hold for a few minutes, I was offered a new order of 10 sweet BBQ wings that would be ready in 15 minutes.
When I went to pick up the new order, I asked the assumed manager to check the order. She rudely replied "I bagged it myself." I insisted that she recheck the order. As I turned to walk out, she said something to me that I didn't quite hear. I simply said "Thank you," and left.
This situation was completely unprofessional from start to finish. I'm pretty sure that this assumed manager is not living up to the standards set by Buffalo Wild Wings. I will never return to...

I live like 2 minutes away, yet I would still drive 20 minutes just to not go here. This place just makes me lose my appetite for chicken, and I know they have burgers for sale here but I couldnāt trust the workers to make something that doesnāt take 2 steps cause even thatās too much for them. This place should just shut down and let something better take up the retail space.
