I would literally give a zero for service if I could. I will absolutely never be back to this location given the service I received. I paid for my order online and I wind up coming almost 30 minutes after the pick up time due to being stuck in traffic when I arrive there is absolutely no one at the takeout desk for over five minutes. Iām literally looking in the kitchen and made eye contact with the representative three times. She can clearly see Iām waiting, but she continues to talk to her coworker so I just sit there. My food is sitting on the back counter. I can clearly see my name on the receipt. I looked at her again. She continue to look at me and keep talking to her coworker and not come to help me at all. I grabbed my food and then the next second here she is running over to where I am. I have my receipt out and Iām showing her. Iāve already paid for this. She asked me again. Did you even pay for this? How rude I just told you I paid for it and showed you the receipt. Then I tell her of course I paid for it and show her the receipt again Iām telling her then I need my drink. Sheās like oh what type of drink did you get? I told her lemonade she walks and takes my food out of my hand puts it back on the counter and then goes back there to get the drink All in the midst of this another very nice representative comes up to me and asked if I needed help, I said while Iām waiting on her to get my drink, but my food is right there so she goes over and make sure I have my sauce and then she takes the drink from the other girl The whole encounter is completely disrespectful and rude. I am a paying Customer. Thereās no reason to treat me as if Iām coming to steal something and if you were doing your job, you wouldāve been at the counter so I wouldnāt even been able to grab my food. And lastly, donāt take anything out of my hand that Iāve already showed you is mine just go get the drink. Do your job. I felt racially profiled and I was really pissed off about this type of service. I highly suggest you go to any other location other than this one since they treat their paying customers this way, very distasteful and very disgraceful!! I am a black woman, and she also was a black woman which makes this even worse. Youāre ridiculous. Learn some...

We had the Pick 6 for $19.99. We chose the All-American cheeseburger with wedge fries and 6 traditional wings with fries and blue cheese. The All-American Cheeseburger was so juicy, not greasy, but juicy and cooked to perfection. Each bite had my taste buds dancing. This wasn't my first time ordering the wedge fries, but this was the first time I had them cooked just right, not overcooked or greasy, you could actually taste the potato and seasoning. We had our wings seasoned with Asian Zing, extra crispy but lightly seasoned. The wings were equally delicious! The cooks was absolutely making a name for themselves today. Which I'm told was Courtney one of the managers and Julian. I also need to tell you about the atmosphere and cleanliness of the restaurant. It was super clean, and you can thank the other manager Cam, and her staff. They were working hard today to get the place clean, I know this because I saw Cam wiping tables down and picking up trash from tables once customers left. Also the bathroom were super cleaned, no spots on mirrors or finger prints on the door or walls. Now for the best part of our visit, as if it couldn't get any better, our server Tatyana, She's the best! A perfect fit because she's a really great server. A peoples person who provides great customer service. She took our order, checked on us to make sure everything was ok from time to time; and even made suggestions when we ordered. Thanks Tatyana, the flavor you recommend and wedge fries were really worth trying. If you're in the downtown Fort Worth, Texas area head to 7th Street & Stayton Street and stop in to give this place a try, you'll definitely be coming back for more. Thanks Tatyana, Landry, Cam and Courtney and Julian for being THE BEST BUFFALO WILD WINGS in the DFW area. I would know I've been to them all. WAIT THERE'S MORE...before we left... We decided to try the chocolate fudge cake with vanilla ice cream. OMG so tasty. ...

Head to Buffalo Wild Wings down in Ft Worths Montgomery Plaza off Slayton and 7th Street. This is definitely the place to be for delicious food, great service in a clean atmosphere. From the exterior to the interior you can see how much this restaurant takes pride in maintaining a clean atmosphere. Courtney and Natalie are great managers, they work just as hard as their staff, in fact every now and then they'll take time out of their busy day to greet the customers. Tonight we had Landry as our bartender with Ashley in the kitchen and we were not disappointed. We ordered the six for $19.99 special. We had the ALL American Cheese Burger, Asian Zing Wings, Lemon Pepper Boneless wings and both the string fries and Potato Wedges. The double patty smash cheeseburger was cooked to perfection, It was juicy not greasy and absolutely worth every bite. The Asian Zing wings were just as mouthwatering as the burgers, cooked extra crispy with just the right amount of sauce, and the boneless wings were equally delicious, five star delicious and the fries we just couldn't decide which were better because they were both delicious. Landry was a wonderful bartender, she knew alot about the specials and served our drinks ice cold. All around this was the perfect dinner. Everything was perfect. This is definitely the number one Buffalo Wild Wings in the DFW by far 5 stars. You really need to give this place a try. Specially if Cam, Courtney, Ashley, Jack, or Landry...
