Nekter Juice Bar — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Entered here a young lady was waiting told me she had been waiting and ended up leaving empty ended. I continued to wait another young lady entered and was waiting and asked me if I was next told her I was waiting. She waited and wondered where was every body becuase you could hear several voices in the background of women laughing and conversation personal discussions. The young lady was tired of waiting grabbed a to go bottle from the outside fridge and left. I continued to wait only because I was not in a rush but the wait time was more than ten minutes there while the establishment was empty no person being serviced. The ones who did come in left after not being helped after waiting for more than five minutes. Three female employees two Caucasian and one hispanic come to the front laughing and still talking loud and finally the hispanic lady took my order. I completely agree on the bad service from other reviews on here from these three young ladies. No acknowledgement no apology for the wait time no greeting nothing. This place is really not the same. I used to work at Medical City Fort Worth 2 years ago and would pick up my toxin flush and cold brew (before it was part of the menu) everyday and the staff even knew me. I had to move due to work, but now I am semi back to the area. Last week I ordered my cold brew with cacao nibs, I got home and I didn’t taste them. I placed an order again today. The ladies were friendly, but I don’t know if they’re not concentrating on what they’re doing maybe? The one who greeted me had her set of AirPods on. She had to remove one to hear me. She finally have me my 2 toxin flushes and started to walk away. I said I ordered a cold brew too. Then the other lady said is it this one? I get to my car to taste it, again no cacao nibs. By that time, there was a small line and I had to go back to work so I couldn’t go back in. Usually I don’t post because mistakes happen. But this is the second time now. Second week in a row. I came to this location about 2wks ago, I love nekter juice bar, I’ve visited several locations in California millions of time on business trips, My experience with this location was very bad customer service wise, I’m use to friendly customer service along with being offered samples & great suggestive sales but this location just all around lacked in all those areas not to mention the older woman who helped me I believe her name was holly, She had a very unpleasant look like she was frustrated or about to cry cause it was pretty busy, I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but not only did she smell like a full pack of cigarettes she also smelled like she had been smoking cannabis & I thought that was very odd, The bowl however was amazing as usual but everything else could use major improvement, So far Cali has the best nekter jucie bars, I plan on trying the other nekters here in Texas & I will definitely be leaving a review for those as well, hopefully the experience is...
