I went to this burger king for months Then so of a sudden management changed I went there this morning Went to refill the coffee I ordered and it was not in the lobby any more So I called over the guy who served me And told him his stores turning ghetto Well he asked me why I told him I have to ask for a refill at your counter and that is not a norm for BK. He said we do not put it out in the lobby I started to ask for a refill and he walked off and ignored me. So I mumbled under my breath I do not need there ghetto coffee As I was leaving what I am sure to be a local gang member Started threatening me And the management did nothing to defend me. I get called racial sleers by him and threatened I leave And the store clerk acted like I did something wrong I myself make plenty of money But this neighborhood is full of poor people and thry took out the coffee to keep broke people from being able to refill and sit inside with out them noticing. Yet at the BK in Arlington They have 4 coffe spewers in the lobby till at least 11am This tells me the new management is Is greedy and obvious they are not against be racial Because this client who approached me was latin and so is every one in the store And being called White Trash in their store by a customer who was ordering food This behavior should have told him to leave I did nothing wrong but bring some open critizism to his store about me having to get up stand in line to get a refill on my coffee When the other BK in the nice neighborhood has them in lobby. He allowing this man to lunge at me like he was gonna hit me and then say racial words Tells me They are the same By the way for those who read this far All my wives have been latino and all my children are mixed by both This is an indication Racial is not okay for me I want a contact back from corporate I have the reciept photos of the plate of the customer and photo of him in store I will file a lawsuit on this store if this does not change immediately. Read moreThe manager Iolina is very rude. As well as the cashier who was working on 10/29/19 at 7:00 pm at the drive thru! I had a coupon from my phone company for a free whopper. So did my child. I didn’t mention this at the speaker box. When I got to second window I showed the cashier my coupon and the cashier asked Iolina to come help her. iolina than tells me it’s only one per order. Okay that’s understandable I asked her if she could split the order please? She said well than you ha e to just go back around. I told her the coupon expires in 14 minutes because it is timed you have to show it at the register. She than tells me well you didn’t mention it at the speaker box so you need to go around but she said it with aggression and irritation! I told her I did not see a sign showing coupons need to be mentioned at the speaker box! That’s when the cashier rolled her eyes and said everyone has to say it! I asked what her deal is and why is she getting upset over me explaining there is not a sign? Read moreWell I'm in another Burger King and I thought this one was going to be like all the rest but believe it or not this Burger King ranks right up there with the one that is in Chattanooga Tennessee. Dominique was my server and the customer service that she gave was absolutely the best I've ever gotten a Burger King. And what is amazing to me is you can't even hear her staff working. When I look at the inside of this restaurant it is not only clean it smells clean it looks clean and therefore in my eyes it is clean. When I ordered my food it came out the way I asked Fort you name the first time. It was hot it was fresh and it was delivered with a smile and I think that's something that we all want in a restaurant nowadays. The customer service in this particular Burger King is far better than any other Burger King that I've been in a long time. I think that this Burger King deserves their four stars I think they deserve really more but there's always room for improvement. Also I said one last thing not only is the food magnificent it is also some of the best music that I've heard of yesteryear in a long time you got to come to this Burger King and talk to Dominic and some of the great employees that she has here I give you 5 Stars hands up y'all are great Burger King keep up...
