Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Would give Zero Stars if possible. My daughter and I went to get a drink and a blast at 7pm at night. The Blast was on special for half off. We placed order waited 20 minutes. Screen showed was arriving but we never received. So then used red call button to ask about our order. Evidently out of ice cream and would have to wait another 20 minutes. Said nevermind we just want some drinks. They said that would also take 20 minutes because they were so far behind. I then asked for a refund. They said they would have to ask their manager. We wait another 5 minutes and I press red button again and ask about the refund. They said their manager was working on it. Then 5 minutes later a carhop stops by and says the manager is finishing up my refund. We wait 10 more minutes. Nothing again. So again push red button and there is a new person answering. They don't know anything and will have the manager come out. At this point We have been there 40 minutes. We can see nobody in any of the stall's are getting their stuff. I decide not worth the frustration for my $4 and although supposedly refund should've already been done I never did receive it. Crazy and...

The parking lot smelled like smoke and sewage.. the food was cold by the time we got it. We ordered 5 corn dogs, large fry and a large Coke. After we ordered, we decided to input an extra order of cheddar peppers, we assumed we’d have to wait a little longer for our second order as it was ordered five minutes after. Teresa brought our first order and I just double checked if the cheddar peppers were in the bag already or on their way and she confirmed they will be out shortly. Over 20 minutes later we paged inside, as the phones do not work, and asked if our cheddar peppers were coming anytime soon as it’s been over 20 minutes, they said over 20 minutes, did you check in? It shows you didn’t. We said yes and we told Teresa as well and she told us they would be out soon, no apology no response. Hello I came by your store today and ordered two route 44 drinks light ice one was a big red one was a Dr pepper. First they left me sitting at the speaker for 5 minutes before even initiating a hello to me which I had to say hello many times to get a response. After receiving my drinks they had filled them completely up with ice upon realizing it came back around and they refused to make my order correctly and wanted to charge me again. This is horrible business and I don't understand why this is thought to be ok. If you make the order wrong it needs to be corrected. Not putting to much ice in a drink is not a hard request. Filling the whole thing with ice after someone asks for light ice is mind boggling. I've been a loyal customer for years but it is easy to see you as a company don't care about your customers if remaking a drink thought costs you cents is something you are not...
