Weve gone here several times. However this last time they went above and beyond. It was my daughters 6th birthday and we wanted a small family dinner. So we choose here. In total there were 7 kids and 4 adults. Everyone got exactly what the wanted it was clean and the food was fresh but that isnt the reason for the 5 star review. It was 2 employees particular that made our night but especially my daughters day. I called ahead and a very nice young man answered the phone quickly maybe a ring and a half. I explained that we were coming for dinner and asked if we could bring cupcakes with us. He very sweetly joked that we could so long as we brought him one as well when ordering a cupcakes we did get a couple extra so that we could make sure to bring him one. When we get to the restaurant he greeted us at the counter, I had told him that we would be there within 30 minutes or so from my phone call. He had a huge smile on his face and I'm assuming that the presents and cupcakes gave away who we were. Before we could say anything he stopped us all and asked where the birthday girl was my daughter although shy raised her hand and he said come here little one and gave her some tokens that he had gotten for her as well as a few other nice gestures that just made her overly happy. After paying for our food we all got to the table that he made sure was clean and ready for us cuz we did have to push tables together which wasn't a big deal. He checked in on us a couple of times and actually introduced my daughter to a female coworker of his that was the sweetest girl that I have ever met at a restaurant. My daughter came up multiple times to talk to both of them and each time they talked to her like she was the most important person. While doing that with my daughter they still managed to do their job and talk to you other customers as well. My daughter insisted on giving both of them a cupcake and they were both overjoyed and thanked her and told her happy birthday numerous times. We had one issue with one of the machines in the game room but our friend fixed that for us and refunded the money that we had lost. I feel so bad that I can't remember his name but I'm writing this like 2 weeks later. So I hope that those two employees are aware of what a big deal they made for our night and more importantly for my daughter. Not that it matters but my daughter is white the gentleman who helped us is African American and his friend the female employee is Hispanic I believe. All that my daughter could talk about when we left was how her tan friends had helped her have the most awesome birthday ever so thank you...
Read moreI guess it has been a while since I went to Cicis and today I was disappointed. First, I walk in and there are no trays available, when my daughter asked if there's any trace the lady says "well I'll have to go get some from the back" now keep in mind that the restaurant was pretty much empty, only maybe 2 other tables were in there. The pizza seemed to have been sitting out a while so it tells me that they had not been busy. The dining room was not that clean. There were tables that had stacks and stacks of food and plates on them as if they had cleaned individual tables and just piled dishes all on a few tables to clean up later. I don't really see an excuse for this when it was pretty much empty. Next the pasta was almost completely empty except a few pieces I scraped out. Then I went and asked for crushed pepper and cheese they told me it was over by the tea dispensers. When I went over, I had not seen it the 1st time because it was in packets not the shaker bottles. I realize they were out of the cheese so I went back to the same person who told me where it was and asked for cheese and she said "oh no well we are out!" my question is why didn't you tell me this in the 1st place? As we got ready to leave we want wanted to get a cinnamon roll they were out and they had to make it! Seriously, why don't you keep your dessert stocked? I also went to the restroom. It was not clean at all! Again no excuse with an empty restaurant. I will not be visiting this particular...
Read moreTHE GOOD DIDNT OUTWEIGH THE BAD 🫤 1st & last visit to this location! **THE BAD: Many buffet Pizzas & the Chocolate dessert (NOT the brownies) were there when I arrived & when I left 1 hr. & 45 min. later they were still there! The Chocolate dessert was so hard & dried out (hard as a rock) I couldn't bite through it. I had ordered a personal pizza when I arrived so, I started with a Salad & the carrot slivers tasted old like "refrigerator" taste & I picked out the slivers. I eat real slow & finally my personal pizza arrived but it took them a long time to get it out to me, at least 30 minutes. After that I tried the pasta with white Alfredo sauce & the sauce was terrible & inedible! That was a real disappointment because I have that every time I visit CiCi's. Idk if they changed their recipe or it was ruined? I suspect ruined after seeing so many buffet items sit there for 2 hours or who knows how long they sat there after I left? 🤮 The last thing that I thought was disgusting is the wooden baby highchairs needed serious cleaning, especially on the arms! I wouldn't set my baby in one of those. Seems like the workers overlooked this. Hopefully they see this & clean them for the baby's sake. No, I won't go back & DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. **THE GOOD: The custom Pizza, Cinnamon rolls & apple dessert was good. Most of the place was clean & workers were friendly & busy even when there was only a...
