Previously, I've had decent experiences at this store. When I went to redeem my loyalty card for a discount today, the man behind the counter lied to my face and said the card was not for that store. I pointed out the name, address, and phone number were exact matches. He insisted it was for another location. I insisted otherwise, and described a memorable employee. The man behind the counter briefly glanced at the card again and stated none of the initials belonged to anyone at the store. I've only purchased CBD items from that location, nowhere else. If this were a management change affecting redeeming a rewards card, bummer, but oh, well. Being lied to and treated like I'm stupid and a liar? I'll be going elsewhere from now on. Thought we had the wrong place to buy CBD gummies today, but boy we were blessed to find out is still the "same" place we knew before with a glow up. A prior rewards card was punched despite being a part of a no longer an active program. I bought several things and had to double check my receipt to be sure I didn't owe more but confirmed my entire purchase was 55 bucks! The gentleman at the front was so friendly and easy to speak to, and chatted with my hubby and I for quite a while. We will go back every chance we get. Only draw back was not being able to find our brand of gummies, however this has occurred several times in the last few years as companies change products and are less available, and can not be attributed to the store. I would be very careful with this store. My husband just bought me 2 of the vapes called flames nova 4000 puffs and after the first died I didn't even used it for 2 days. I checked them online and these r fakes. I don't know if the store is trying to play a game w the customers or they're also the victim here. U can use the number on the box to check the authenticity.
