Zero stars if I could. This place needs new managment. I absolutely will never ever come to this store again. I had the worst experience. I came to this store this evening to get cookies for mothers day. I had came to the kiosk and ordered 2 dozen cookies as we have a big family. I did not notice the limit bc the air conditioner had blew the sign back from the kiosk, I had ordered and paid for the cookies when I was approached and told there was a limit for today's order. I told her, ok but I had already paid for the order which was an almost $90 order. She said, well.. we can refund you but it would be around 3 days. After I read the sign, I did notice this was for the large cookies. So I asked her, well how about this. Can we do 12 large cookies and 12 small, she said yes. I said ok. Well, another teenager stepped up to the kiosk and started putting in an order then she said well are you gonna take care of that.. I said, take care of what? They had rang me up for 12 small cookies and wanted me to swipe my card again. I told her, why would I do that.. I just paid for two order of 24 large cookies but you're only giving me 12 large and 12 small, so technically you would still owe me a refund, why would I swipe my card and pay you once again? She said you will have to pay again that all she kept saying. I asked her to please get her manager, she said, she's not here and was very hateful by this time. I said well, can you please call her.. she told me no, she has a life. I told her, well if she is a manager.. there has to be someone of management I can speak to because it doesn't sound right that I would need to swipe my card yet again to pay more money when I am technically owed money. She then told me if I wasn't gonna swipe my card then I couldn't get the cookies I told her I just paid them almost $90. She said at this point they are refusing service and said I can leave. I told them I am absolutely not leaving, so I am absolutely appalled to say they called the police and judging by the reviews they apparently use the Fort Worth PD as a bullying tactic. I of course was ok with them calling and gladly waiting for their arrival. An officer did show up and I'd like to take a moment to apologize to that officer, as a woman that works in the hospital in the medical field, I know that there is more need out there for you than being called by teenagers using you as a bullying tactic for their customers. And I'm sorry that this is the type of call you had to waste your time on. However, as I stepped outside and explained what happened with the officer, another female magically appeared this was the "manager." The one that couldn't be reached, couldn't talk to me, had a life etc. These girls were high fiving each other, and saying byyeee and showing the officer their immaturity so bluntly to the officer that he even spoke up to tell them that wasn't necessary and let me know that I very much could file a complaint, which I will be doing. Mind you, my kids were also here. I will not only be filing a complaint, I will be getting a lawyer for what I endured tonight. And also, to show exactly who I am as a human being.. I dont bundle all places up as a bad bunch just because one has bad management and workers. I left after this horrible incident and went to Bryant Irvin location, not only was I able to order to cookies I originally was needing in the first place every worker in there was positive and kind. They also were wayyy more busy with every reason to be a little flustered or stressed, but they absolutely were not. I will be going back in there to them Monday to explain what happened to me today and personally thanking that location for their kindness. However, McPherson location, I hope the OWNER contacts me promptly regarding the manager of this location and the employee with apparently her police calling bullying tactics to their customers, because I will be talking with a...

Last night was really a unbelievable experience for me went to crumble that I go to quite often and spend quite a bit of money with them but last night I went on in and was greeted by this young lady or boy not sure anymore and I had a coupon and the cookie I wanted was a specialty cookie so it’s usually extra but the moment I tried to explain what I wanted this person told me it was impossible to use the coupon for another cookie and I told her it was because I had done it before well we stared at one another for a few seconds then she just tries to ring me up for the cookie I said I would like to speak to a manager and he she’s reply was I am senior manager on right now and I said well that’s not good if you don’t know how to do your job correctly and the he shes face changed and she screamed at the top of its lungs get out get out or iam calling the cops how dare you tell me that I don’t know how to do my job I usually don’t do this but it’s the only way to fight fire with fire anymore because she also called the actual manager I guess and told them that I was attacking her and coming behind the counter and she smiled at me when she said it I could tell this is a liberal and there was sense going to be talked into her and the only reason it’s really aggervating is because I drove right the road and got the cookie and used the coupon the gentleman at the other store pushed a few buttons and told me the difference between the cookie and that’s what I payed this country we live in has gone crazy crumble cookie you should vet your employees better and teach them tolerance and acceptance because the moment someone calls you out for nothing other then do your job correctly and you act the was this person did and then tell them they are right and just in there actions makes them think that it’s right for a adult to take a hissy fit and threaten someone with calling the cops and making fake claims that really serious can’t let people act like this and to top it off just like every liberal trying to hide there face because they act like children and we you call them out they go crazy and threaten to have you arrested for telling them the truth all we can do is pray for our country that something changes because people like this are just crazy and it’s...

I purchased a cookie here that was half done and doughy. I was told by the associate that I could return to get another cookie and that my name would be on a board for verification. Upon returning to the store approximately a week later, I was greeted by Kayla and was told that I had to return to get my replacement cookie within 24 hours which was not told to me by the original associate. I proceeded to I ask her four times what was the flavor of a particular cookie that I was interested in and she refused to answer. How did she not know that I may have wanted to purchase the cookie until I could have gotten this matter resolved So after ignoring me she asked her coworker, Destiny to confirm the policy. I then asked her what the flavor of the cookie was and she became very rude and she asked me to leave. She later called her manager who also asked that I leave.
