Went to the Denny's on hulen and 35 cuz I thought they would be awesome with their customer service, I went with my son my daughter-in-law my youngest son my daughter and my grandson, thinking that going in late at night and no one there we would have awesome customer service. That did not happen for us. We stood up at the door waiting to be seated about 10 to 15 minutes. No one came to sit us so we seated ourselves. we also got our own menu and software because no one was attending us. then finally after about 20 minutes being there someone came to ask if we were okay and if there was anything that could help us with and we liked. yes drinks please she was like okay so we got three coffees and three drinks and then when we finally ordered our food we order the food we try to get a refill. So the refill didn't come to right about when we got our food and that took a long time so then we ate our food and I think the waitress only came about twice mind you there's really no one there to help us talk to us see if we needed anything. it was not packed. then on Monday's and Tuesday's kids eat free well my grandson is 2 years old and they gave him his meal my son the youngest is 10 years old and they did not want to give them his free meal,because he did not get a kids menu well first of all we weren't asked that and then it says kids eat free it does not say what kids have to eat to eat free so we were under the impression that they can order anyting and they eat for free. well my son did not eat for free we, had to pay for his meal which that was fine and then it took him forever to bring us the bill so then we have to wait about another 10-15 minutes so they can come pick up the bill with a credit card. So then my son and daughter-in-law went to go pay at the crash register cuz no one came to our table. this restaurant has poor customer service, poor cleaningservice. We had to wipe our table, because it was dirty. but had not noticed until we sat down. so we just stayed there and wiped it down ourselves. still no one greeted us but you know I guess they don't like to work nights. I don’t usually take the time to leave long reviews, but after multiple visits to this Denny’s location, I feel compelled to share just how impressed I am. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that makes you feel right at home.

Whether it’s breakfast at midnight or dinner in the afternoon, every dish comes out just the way you want it. You can tell they take pride in their work. The eggs are always cooked to perfection, pancakes are fluffy and golden, and the bacon is exactly how I like it: crispy but not burnt. Even the sides and smaller items, like the hash browns or fruit, are fresh and well-prepared.
The servers are hands down some of the best in the business. Friendly, fast, and attentive without being overbearing. They check in regularly to make sure everything is to your liking, and they do it with a smile that feels genuine every single time. One server even remembered my usual order after just a couple visits — that kind of personal touch goes a long way.

Read moreI order from this location often, because it’s close to my home. This morning I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had; I’m seriously pissed!!! Not only am I writing this review here and on Yelp, but I’m also contacting their corporate offices on Monday.
So I walked in and went straight to the to-go counter to place my order. Several servers look past me, and keep going about their business, never acknowledging me. Then about 3 minutes later, a man walks in & sits 2 seats down from me. The instant his behind hits the seat, he is greeted and a server comes over to take his order. She never looks at me & is purposely ignoring my presence. Why, I’m not sure. I get up & ask the girl at the register to call someone over, so that I can place an order to go; she was odd also. Doesn’t greet me or apologize because I’ve just explained to her that I’ve been sitting there being ignored for the past 7 minutes.
I wait another 5 minutes, my anger building by the second. The only reason why I stayed is because I promised my son some pancakes for breakfast, on my way home from work! Finally, I say screw this & place my order online. I then get up and ask the cashier to call her manager. She answers: “No one ever came to get your order?” I nod, No.
By the time the manager gets there to talk to me, I’ve been sitting at the counter for 15 minutes! The man seated next to me is almost finished with his meal & that same server has come and gone a few times to check on him & offer refills; apparently, I’m still invisible!
The manager, seems like he could care less about my complaint & asks: “So, you need to order?” I explain that I already ordered online, as I sat there being ignored by EVERYONE; including him, who walked by me a couple of times. He says: “Sorry that happened, she was probably distracted because I was making out the servers assignments for the day.” I saw I would get nowhere with him, so I didn’t bother to press the issue.
