Golden Chick — Restaurant in Fort Worth

This is the best Golden Chick in the area! I came here and thought I was going to see nothing but good reviews and was so surprised that wasn’t the case. I have eaten here several times since it has opened and my food has always been cooked perfectly and my order has always been CORRECT!! The Golden Triangle golden chick is a lot closer to my house but i’m not kidding my order is wrong every single time we go there. At that location, they never give us the right sauce and always just get things completely wrong. So much so that at that location I don’t even drive away from the window without checking my bag to see if they got things right and only one time had they ever gotten it correct. We’ve been to that location probably a hundred times… They’re also just rude at that location. We would have stopped going if the food wasn’t so good. When this location opened, I was so excited and hopeful that i’d get to have my favorite chicken but with better service.. Well… that’s exactly what happened! Me and my husband have been driving further to come to this location over the golden triangle one because the employees are ALWAYS nice, they always double check everything when taking our order, our order is always correct, they always remember to give us the correct sauces, and the food always tastes great. If you haven’t tried the zing seasoning… you’re missing out. You can even buy a shaker of it! Keep on doing good work, beach street! Y’all’s location is a 5/5 to me. I just left this location and usually have a good experience but whoever the Hispanic chick was that was working the window needs to find a new attitude. Upon ordering she answered with "go ahead when you're ready" and I responded with Good evening, and proceeded with my order. Once I was at the window I was handed my drink, which was wrong so I waited til she came back and said hey I asked for a raspberry lemonade(and if looks could kill, I'd be dead) she looked at me in total disgust and I said if that's ok can I get the drink I asked for? She rolled her eyes and all lol. I hardly ever leave a bad review but about a week ago this same girl had an attitude because she gave my mom the wrong order.......she needs to learn how to listen and if you hate your job that much sweetheart please QUIT! There are so many other people who would be happy to be where you are right now. Next time I won't be so kind!

This experience for this new location was horrible! The wait for my food was 30 minutes in the drive thru so after waiting I decided to go in. The customers were all complaining about the wait. The manager would not come out to speak with us. She was sending the two cashiers to say she was busy ! As a manager you should come out and try to resolve the issue. I finally was able to place my order and it took another 30 mins ! The location is convenient to my home and my daughter requested food here after a long day of work, I decided to get her food to eat. The wicked wings were fat and tasted horrible! They were dried out from the heat lamp with a bunch of lotta zing on them. The fries were cold! The only thing that was good was the fruit punch ! I would like to be accommodated for my wasted time and money! I would have went back but I was already tired to begin with!
