SEPT 2021 HOW THE H CAN YOU NOTIFY THEM YOU'RE HERE FOR YOUR CURBSIDE ORDER IF THE LINE IS ALWAYS BUSY???!!!!??? Aug 2020 Just updated my review from Dec 2019. I moved them from overall 2 stars to 3. Today's TO GO order was correct and it tasted very good.
First time trying the green chile omelette and pancakes. Very tasty. This came up on their limited time page of the menu but they need to make it a permanent item.
My only complaint they didn't give me the sour cream on the omelete nor any butter. THAT'S RIGHT NO BUTTER ... there was no butter on the pancakes ...no butter in the bag. I suppose there are some people that eat their pancakes with no butter but I'm not one of them and THIS IS IHOP so come on now.
----PREVIOUS 2 star REVIEWS June 2018...this location is terrible order wrong or not good anytime i order ...Thumbs down!! Mushroom burger...Mexican tres leches pancakes both so DRY!! In fairness i got them to go. Maybe would be better eaten straight out the kitchen.
This location is slow Even with call in orders and dine in waiting to be seated and yes there is a cleanliness problem when I do eat in smh. Maybe they're understaffed idk but mgmt is slacking clearly.
UPDATE 6 MONTHS LATER they got my order wrong this time however that classic bacon cheeseburger is very good!!!!
Approx 6 months later again my most recent order Dec 2019 sausages as packed in my to go order. WHY WOULD U GIVE SOMEONE FOOD THAT LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE SENT BACK TO THE KITCHEN after taking 1 bite???? As soon as i got home and saw that i immediately went back up there and demanded a refund for the entire order....
Read moreABSOLUTELY DELIGHTFUL! Our experience was wonderful because of our server. She was so incredibly kind and attentive. My sister and I were loving her! Ask for Misun (pronounced Miss-On) when you come in! She was so wonderful, and I can't wait to come back with my friends and family with her.
I want to give huge props to the cook tonight (6/2/21 at around 11:30pm). We're not sure if another cook had walked out this night, but there was only one cook for the whole restaurant. Not a single food item and add-on was missing. We could tell he was working hard because the food came just as fast as if he had a team back there; and it tasted just as great. You would've never known there was only one cook back there. The crew there was working the best and hardest they could, and you could tell they were short-staffed. I really admire their teamwork. This not only seems like a great location to eat, but also a potentially great location to work in as well due to the team effort they portrayed.
For food, I had the strawberries and cream crepes and it was cooked so well the the ratio of strawberry, strawberry jam, whipped cream, and crepe was spot-on. It wasn't too tart and it wasn't too sweet. The hashbrowns had a nice crunch and softness, the scrambled eggs were soft and buttery, and the sausage had a nice bite to it. Not to mention Misun never left us thirsty and always refilled our drinks.
The experience I had here was so great. I'm so glad I came in tonight...
Read moreWent in for a late supper after flying in and driving to hotel nearby. Started out ok, drink order was taken and got drinks promptly, downhill fast after that. My wife and I ordered burgers, took forever at least 20-30min. then finally my wife got hers, I had to wait another 20-30 before getting mine. Prior to getting my order, my wife asked what was taking so long and why they didn't prepare them together.....to which the reply was..... "Sometimes it be that a way". So then comes time to pay, our order was $27.13, wife gave waitress $100 bucks. Another wait for a while to get change, comes back $10 short. Wife mentioned she's $10 dollars shortchanged, waitress goes back to manager for another while then comes back and says she took the $27.13 out of the $100 and that's what you get back. We counted it out again to show them it's $10 short, she goes get manager who then says ok I will give you $5 back..... which still leaves us $5 short.... like we were getting some kind of good deal? We then ask for the $100 dollars back.... another while for that process. Then gave $40....... and yet another good wait and finally got the correct change. Luckily it was not that busy as it would have been even later by the time we got everything straight. Quite a few employees walking around but not much happening.
