I was parked at the far end of a parking lot this CiCi’s is in when I was resting in my back seat. I got out to get in the front and accidentally locked myself out of my car. I didn’t have anything but my phone and my water bottle. It was 99degrees Fahrenheit outside.
I have a disability which causes heat intolerance, brain fog, and extreme instability when upright. I walked across the very large parking lot and went into the CiCi’s. I tried to explain my predicament to the cashier and she immediately let me sit down and brought me a glass of water. I told them I had no physical money since my purse was in my car but I had my phone so I could order something online so they didn’t think I was loitering. My husband was coming with the spare key but he was a few cities away. I spoke with the manager to offer to buy myself a “buffet” online or show them my medical card on my phone but they said it wasn’t necessary and told me I could rest as long as I needed to. This level of humanity I haven’t seen in a long time. They were all extremely understanding, polite, and didn’t treat me like a vagrant. The manager, and both employees at this CiCi’s deserve extreme recognition for their assistance. Without some water and the ability to sit and cool off I’d have probably collapsed and become incoherent.

The lady at the front with braids up in a ponytail and long eyelashes was super rude and treated me in a condescending way from the time that I got there. She was looking at me with the most rude glare and made me feel completely incompetent. I was simply trying to use the card reader and when I couldn’t insert my card correctly due to it being a really old card reader, she gave me attitude and glared at me just cause I couldn’t figure it out. My friend ended up helping me out since she couldn’t be bothered to help me out and was too busy giving me attitude instead. I felt like at that point I should have just canceled the $30 I spent for 3 buffets and taken my business elsewhere or at least spoken to a manager, but I decided to try and stay anyways. The beverage station was dirty and sticky and had straw wrappers all over it and the employees were ignoring it while chatting with each other and the employee who gave me attitude was just flirting with the boy employee. Read moreThe manager here has the WORST customer service ever and should not be a manager if she can't show empathy or compassion for human beings. I ordered online and when I came to pick it up did not have my order. Even after I showed it to her she refused to make it. I was basically called a lier and if they didn't receive it in there system (which I told her maybe there was a glitch) she was not making it unless I paid again because PEOPLE do this all the time. I was very upset and frustrated that she refused to resolve the situation. I ended up calling the number on my credit card statement and speaking to a very nice lady with excellent customer service that seen my order in the system and she apologized and refunded the money and offered a $5 credit for the future if I choose. Unfortunately I will NEVER come back to CiCi's because of her. All I wanted was to provide my 5 yr old Godchild with pizza of her choice on a Saturday night and ended up having to go...
