Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fort Worth

If I could give this less than one star, I would. We pulled up at 8:51pm tonight. Drive thru line was long, so we decided to go inside. Doors were locked, but showed closing time of 10pm. A customer inside opened the door for me and another man who arrived the same time as me. The manager walked to the register at 8:56pm and announced she was leaving. We placed our order at the kiosk and two employees loudly wanted to know why there were two font counter orders, who let us in, and they didn’t want to make our order. They were extremely disrespectful and unprofessional when I was standing RIGHT THERE. I offered for them to give us a refund and save a whole five minutes of their time, or please make our order. I stood at the counter to watch them make our order - due to their behavior, I didn’t trust that they wouldn’t tamper with our order. I suggested to the manager that they put up signage if their hours had changed and she and another employee rolled their eyes and waved their hands and said they’d get around to it. I can 100% say that this location has lost our trust and our weekly visit. We’ll find another location to frequent instead of being treated like an inconvenience as...

Tables and chairs were dirty with food particles, my husband went to the bathroom said it was nasty. I went to wash my hands and I hesitated door says we check every 30 min.. what I seen in the bathroom definitely says it is not being cleaned so it makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen area especially right now during the serious pandemic the food was hot it tasted great order was correct I didn't get any attitude from the people that work there we came in at lunch time but we sat there for an hour nobody went to those bathrooms and when we first got there 3 employees come from outside one being a manager there's no customers inside drive-through slow there's no reason for the lobby and the bathrooms to look as bad as they did that makes the food that taste so great and so hot a sanitary issue if they're being lazy about cleaning simple areas such as the lobby, and not caring enough to thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas gaurenteed its just as bad behind the counter. I was a manager for 12 years for a fast food establishment and seen this happen on too many occasions.It can and will eventually cause...

This is the worst taco bell I've ever been to. Was there 2 nights ago. While waiting I heard the guy taking orders tell the car ahead of me that he needed to calm down and not mess with him because he was the one making his food. Then he started to yell at the gentlemen and cuss at him. When I pulled up I was asked to wait and told they were short staffed and I would only be aloud7 items. I saw the guy infront of me ordered party packs so figured my $5 box would be counted as 1, nope. I decided to not order from them since I wouldn't be able to feed everybody without going through the line twice but was stuck with ppl both infront and behind me. Stopped at the window on my way through to ask why the guy infront of could get 2 party packs and I was told no more then 7 items and he told the girl next to him to shut the window ans as she closed it they both started laughing. As for short staffed they had the 2 at the window and at least 2 more cooking. I don't know what the problem is there but they should fire all of them and start over if they don't want to lose all of there business, im for sure never going back to...
