Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Went here Christmas night just for something simple and quick to eat. It loved up to the expectation of simple. Took over 30 minutes to get our food. Reason for the delay was they lost our order but made our food and did not know who it went to. Took them awhile to realize this and to communicate it out. Then they went to reverifying everything all over even when the manager kept telling the staff over and over that it's correct and to just get it out. I will give them credit in that they were short staffed and the drive thru was busy but the inside was not at the time we arrived. What really liked them was someone placed an order for 50 burgers and fries. I understand that they wanted to hang then out to the homeless but I thought putting in such a large order at 6pm when the place is short staffed due to the holidays was a little mean to the staff and other patrons. I felt they should have waited to place this order at a less busier time. As it really seem to overwhelm the whole operation here and cause a large headache.

I did not give them 2 stars because of this. I gave them 2 stars because everyone in my family who had a burger was sick 4-6 hours later with stomach issues. Which led me to believe shortcuts were made and quality was sacrificed due to the staff being...

This location used to be a go-to but now the service is very inconsistent. This location regularly has staffing issues, which does not speak highly to the working conditions at this location. Much of the staff is nice but it is obvious they are overworked, underpaid, and do not feel supported by the management team or the company.

The last time I was there we were informed the drive-through was closed and couldn't order anything. We had to wait for about 5 minutes while the car in front of us got served their food so that we could leave.

This location is in a downward spiral and it will only end in permanent closure if big changes don't happen soon.

Having worked in food service, I personally understand the struggles of working long hours in an underpaid, high-stress environment. I wish the employees there the best of luck and I hope that either working conditions drastically change or they find better employment at a location that appreciates their labor...

Usually perfect everything, the food is the freshest, tastiest, cleanest and ONLY Jack in the box I'll eat at...but it's been slowly getting worse service wise...I don't know if they lost the one guy who would lways serve us late at night or what but definitely service now isn't as good...but other than that 😁😁😁😁😁👍👍👍

Rev. OCT 2ND 2024 VISIT- Still wonderful fresh food, still the BEST SHAKES FOR A DRIVE THRU FOR SURE..., hell most places u can't even get a shake from because their machines are always broken down, so bad there is a freaking website dedicated to their ice cream machine being broken(mc-d's) - - The only complaint I again have is they aren't open 24 hours anymore so it's always Whataburger late, which really sucks because we love this location and would always come to the drive thru late at night after working late... We miss that, bring back the 24hr thing, or at least stay open all weekend or something!!! Think...
