I came in today about 11:30 show. Ed the casher, who I later found out, was the manager the order that I was requesting. After I got to my designation and try to feed me and my girl. The order was incorrect. I call back later. To talk to the manager, she was actually the one that took the order. She kept on being very argumentative. And I said I showed you the order, and she said, well, it comes with this, and you didn't say you didn't want that. What Elizabeth could have said is? Do you also want this other stuff on there? I'm not seeing it on what's written on your phone, and at that point I could have figured it out, but that's not what happened. Then I also ordered a sandwich for myself and I said, just the sandwich, and later when I got the food I got chips with it. I said only one at the sounds. She goes. No chips come with it, so once again, half measures, why knowing that it comes with chips. Why didn't she ask me what type of chips I wanted? Instead of just assuming whatever she wanted to give me. So when I told her she's only doing half measure, she got really upset with me, and at the end hung up on me. I showed up later. She gave me my refund.I requested her name, so I knew who to write about. She stated her name was elizabeth deberieois. I did not say nothing to her.Grab the receipt and started walking out. As I got to my car, she came out yelling, sir. I had nothing else to say to this lady.So I continued to be on my way. Elizabeth, I tended to stop in front of my vehicle so I could not leave at this point. She's harassing me and not letting me leave. I had still had nothing to say to her and I rolled up my window. She finally came to the window, and as I started to slowly drive up because I was afraid she would jump in front of my vehicle again. She started yelling at me and cussing, and said, that's why she's quitting today for people like me. I will not repeat how she said it, but it was very vulgar. I have never had someone come out and chase me outside to the parking lot. Cuss me out and say they're quitting because of me.I'm sorry. This lady had a bad day. All I did was try to come in and get my order and at least get it correctly. She was the one that wanted to be combative. I will not be going back to Jason's. Deli, if they're hiring people like this. I definitely don't want have anything to do with this company. I know i'm a small fish in this big old pond, but still no need for her to be this way. I CHANGED MY 1 STAR TO A 3 STAR FOR THERE EFFORT WHEN THEY...
Read moreAfter physical therapy for my knee, I decided to treat myself to Jason's Deli. Working out made me feel like I was trying on healthy and I wanted a salad for lunch. While still in the parking lot at PT, I put in an online order for a salad and a chicken salad sandwich for the next day. It was pretty easy ordering online, if you can manage to skip the deserts (I did not). I drove directly to Jason's. Not only was it ready when I got there, it was on a shelf that I could just pick it up and go because I'd paid online when I ordered. Super-easy. At home I ate my salad. I'm blanking on the name of the salad. It's like the most common salad in this country. Cobb salad? Thats close anyway. It had lettuce (of course), shredded ham and turkey, grated cheese, red onions, cherry tomatoes, and maybe cucumber. I'm not positive about the cucumbers, but it sounds like something I'd have added if it wasn't already included. I poured the creamy ranch dressing over the salad and tossed around in a big bowl at home. I had to put it in a big bowl because I only ever make a big mess with it if I eat all that salad out if the container it comes in. Plus, it's hard to get the dressing evenly spread in a container that barely contains it. Then, I canceled out any calories I might have burned (and then some) at PT by eating a glorious strawberry shortcake. It was fluffy and sweet. The whipped cream was heavenly. Then I was way too full. The next day I had my chicken salad sandwich. It's the one with pineapple on a croissant. That sandwich is easily my favorite sandwich there. If I'm going to be honest, the next thing I did was eat the marshmallow crispy treat. It was totally worth it. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise (this statement has not been approved by any medical...
Read moreIt was tasty and filling but dry; you forgot to add the dressing which was fine but not even a swipe or dollop of mustard. ? I also wasn't asked if I wanted the dressing or mustard that are normally on a Reuben sandwich. The pastrami and sauerkraut were also on the dry side, but it did have a good flavor. If the sauerkraut had been a bit wetter it would have been delicious because It had 1.5" of pastrami and 1.5" of sauerkraut between the .5" thick slices of warm bead. Since we had it to go we didn't taste it right away so I just ate it that way because like I said it had that wonderfully piled on tasty pastrami, swiss, and sauerkraut and it fed me for lunch and dinner considering I did eat the kettle chips too.
The staff was polite but not overly friendly and there were only a few people inside. I want them to know a warm welcome with big smiles would have really been the topping on the ice cream for me day before yesterday. I needed friendly in a huge way. Hope your weekend is especially great. Remember to offer the sauce or mustard for the Reuben Sandwiches and smile like you really want our business. Then we'll be back more...
