I asked the employee at the register for a refill? She replied, " I dont think we don't do refills?" I then suggested that she asked someone to confirm this, and sure enough this McDonald's doesn't offer refills on Fountain drinks? I spend plenty of money at this concept on a weekly basis. We are also asked to download a mobile app to facilitate ordering which is really just McDonald's not wanting to employ people to take orders at the register then we are also asked to place our orders at a kiosk? Finally on top of all that facilitation for this multi-million dollar Corporation we are denied a simple refill? I never knew that this location did not have drink refills on their fountain drinks until this morning. McDonald's as a corporation has to understand that there are other options that offer free drink refills for paying customers? This morning I have the option of eating at Chick-fil-A which is on the opposite corner or at McDonald's and I decided to dine at McDonald's. In the future, when I am in this part of town, McDonald's will definitely not be one of my options. If a $ .30 Cent refill is deciding your customer retention, then I am a customer that this McDonald's can do without in the future.

   Read moreIf I could give no stars I would. (Disclaimer I don't frequent McDonald's nor do I particularly enjoy it too begin with.) McDonald's isn't known for it's 5 star service or quality of food. But some locations take this to a whole 'nother level. While most of my experiences here have been short, and the food was prepared very obviously lazily. I never had a problem , because well that's what I expect. However. Today was different. They were blatantly disrespectful when I was trying to order. I was being polite as always (I work in the food industry so I'm pretty understanding however , that only stretches so far) the food was obviously made sloppily , fries were very underdone with no salt. Manager looking right at be before my food is handed to me (I only waited like, 30seconds at the window) says to his employee "why haven't you told her to pull up yet we don't need her at the window. (No cars behind me. Literally had my food right there.wow thanks , I'm so very sorry it was such an inconvenience for me to come to your place of work and like make you do your job?) Anyways. Fast forward a few hours later. My boyfriend and I are now fighting over the toilet . So . Honestly this is the last time I will ever be a customer at this location, not that it super matters in the grand scheme of things.    Read moreI went there right after I had gotten off work with my friend on July 9th, 2018. We went to the drive thru where we were immediately asked if our order could be taken. We proceeded to ask for just a moment so that we could get our order together. Well my friend couldn't seem to get the order right so we started laughing. I guess the lady was getting impatient so she came back on the intercom and said "Um, can y'all go ahead and order now??" My friend turned back around and said "Ma'am can you wait just one more minute please??" She finally got the order right and she turned back to the intercom and said "Okay were ready to order". The lady on the intercom responded and said "No. Can you wait just one more minute please??" So I told my friend to drive up to the window. we drove to the window and when I asked the lady what the nasty attitude was for she replied "Well I felt that the way she asked me to wait was rude and I could hear y'all laughing and I asked to take your order repeatedly." I kinda gave her a brief overnight as to why we were laughing but I also notified her that the way we were treated was not okay. She told me that she was the manager and that she could refuse service. I told her that with that attitude, I didn't want her service and we left.
