I ordered a large vanilla shake inside the Berry st. location around noon at the kiosk. I used the app as I always do to accumulate points. Sadly, as usual, the kiosk did not print out my receipt, however my name was called to verify my order was indeed mine. I love my vanilla shakes and I was quick to enjoy my shake, and I nearly finished it before realizing that I had received a medium instead of a large. When I went to inquire to the employees about either receiving a large or a refund, I was merely informed that because I ordered the shake on the kiosk myself, it was unfortunately my own mistake that I received a medium, and not the Large that I had paid for. This is absolutely ridiculous, and I was treated as if I was less than a customer. I frequent this location quite often, and I spend money here pretty much daily, oftentimes more than just__ once daily. I am not the type to complain, but I'm pretty outraged by this, and I'd really like to be compensated for my money and tdtime as a more than regular customer. I should also note that this is not the first time I've been talked down to or told their mistake was my fault in some way. Read moreMy husband went to mcdonalds drive thru to order me a breakfast platter with pancakes and since I dont like egg I told him to substitute the egg for bacon, when he got home we noticed that they did not give me the sausage that comes with the meal. I called and spoke to the manager and she said I could go back and they would replace the meal, I told her we were home already and if I could go later, in a very very rude ghetto tone she said ARE YOU GOING TO BRING YOUR MEAL. I then became very upset and told her are you serious am I not suppose to eat my meal right now? She told me that she had to make sure I was telling the truth and they really didn't give me the sausage, I told her she didn't have to replace the whole meal if she didn't want to. She said she had to make sure. This mcdonalds is very rude and has poor customer service, i will not be going back to that mcdonalds even if it's close to my house I rather eat Wendys now that it's open!!! People if yall do go to this mcdonalds check your order they always mess up on it!!!! This is not the first time I have had issues but this one is beyond the worst...
Read moreThis locations service has been getting worse over the years, on more the one occasion they have either missed a sandwich , frys, a drink on multi meal orders. They also intentionally short you sause and ketchup and you have to argue with person working the take window. They tell you it's in the bag when they know fullwell they did not put it in there. I think manager s expressly forbid them from giving you sauces. I dont think they are going to go broke giving you sauces with your nuggets, the drive thru is allways packed. Today I order a 10 pz chicken nugget meal and check bag felt three meals. But didn't check for sauces. What a surprise 😮 they shorted me again. They also have a bad habit of only filling the frys halfway.
About the only time they get my orders right is in the morning breakfast, I guess you can cut a hash brown in half. I usually don't get jam for my sandwiches, but I can see that being an issue.
Long story short do not leave drive thru window without completely...
