Read an article on star telegram on this place. So I decided to hop on the I-35 from alliance north Fort Worth area and make the drive south. I personally was not disappointed. I walked in and they had a line to the door with eager customers waiting to see his dedication to his craft ! My dedication to my love of eating donuts was also eager. Unfortunately for me about half the donuts were sold out by 830. I will definitely be back.. bright and early !! This place truly is what donuts are all about. No need for fancy flavors or stuffed with unique flavors or making names for birthdays or the nonsense of paying $5 a donut . Just pure dedication to the craft of donuts !! I had the glazed donuts , Apple fritter and kolache The glazed had me saying “dayum that’s a donut !!” The fritter had me crying with happiness ! The kolache is definitely different and change of pace then the overrated Shipleys under baked or fried kolache. It was zesty and spicy and had what looked to be egg wash baked golden brown that I’ve been searching for. Please give this place a chance and don’t be sad they don’t have your flavors past 8am. This place is near the medical district of jps, Harris and cook Childrens hospitals. I can only imagine all the doctors or nurses getting these donuts first. This place is by far my favorite donut place ever !!! And I only tried three flavors. Can’t wait to try the rest !!! Update went there at 6 am. The line up was beautiful!!! And delicious. Strawberry filled donut was amazing!!!

Update! In Fort Worth again and that means breakfast at Mousa’s. And, he didn’t disappoint! The cinnamon rolls are so delicious- ample cinnamon (can’t have too much) which is what I LOVE! I tried to tip him and he sent me out the door with additional treats! Warm apple fritters! Just love this place! We’ll see you again soon! I read about Mousa Donuts in my Facebook feed, a story from the local paper. I was coming to Fort Worth, and I’m a huge cinnamon roll lover so we had to try them! So glad we did! They were scrumptious! Melt in your mouth! Some of the best ever! We will make Mousa Donuts a regular stop! Thank you for opening your own shop!

Incredible donuts, awesome family establishment. I’m in town for work and wanted to find the best donuts I could to bring in for employees, and Mousa Donut one came up. While I was waiting for my 6 dozen donuts, I saw at least 5 people come in for their donuts and every single one knew the owner and exchanged a friendly wave. Truly a heartwarming, small community feeling. And of course, the donuts were some of the best I’ve had, and the apple fritter was huge. Absolutely recommend!

"Holy Grail Donuts", that's what it should be renamed. I know a donut, we are on a first name basis. I know what I'm talking about! The store was clean, inside and out! The parking lot was clean. The building is painted loud happy, and will appeal to the younger set. Inside is clean and typical mom/pop donut shop. We did not smell old grease! The man behind the counter greeted everyone who walked through the door, 3 different groups came in. We gave our order, he explained that special donuts were not included in the dozen price. I loved that, no $ surprises. We ordered and several were speciality items. Our total was about $12. HELLO, FABULOUS!!! Okay, here's why the name needs to be changed. These donuts are fabulous the next day. Yes, they are!!! There is no old greasy oily taste or aftertaste. People don't lie, you know what I'm taking about! The dough is soft, but firm in texture. It's weight is heavy compared to others, but in no way does it detract from the donut. The texture is dense but airy. I'm going to say, it's a middle eastern dough. I've never had a donut like it. It reminds me of a yeast roll texture. The fried cinnamon roll was fabulous. The bread was as soft as it was the day before. The cake donuts are so good, you could buy 4 dozen, take them to a family reunion, and pass them off as homemade. This place is so unique, one of those traveling Texas road shows, needs to do a story about this place.

GOOD JOB, YOU DO FORT...

I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but I really wanted to in this case because this establishment truly is deserving.

I was on the lookout to get some quality donuts for my team at work to start their day off right. I decided to try Mousa because it was a place I had always passed on the way to work anyway. Boy, am I glad I came by!

Upon entering the door the man at the counter (I believe is the owner) greeted me with a warm “Hello, good morning!”. As I stood in line going over the menu the owner said to me, “First time in? Here, try this.”—He then offered me a sample of one of his chocolate glazed donuts. Freakin delicious! Still warm, fluffy, and just very FRESH. I decided to go with three one-dozen mixes. As he was packaging up 36 donuts for me, he then offered me ANOTHER sample donut as I waited. This one was a delicious mix of what tasted like carrot cake and cinnamon. Absolutely delicious!

Then when I took the donuts to my work team, they were of course the talk of the building. “where did these donuts come from?! They’re amazing! Etc etc”. I happily gave them this establishments name and address.

It’s not everyday I go get donuts, but going forward whenever I do, IM COMING HERE! A+ experience. Keep...
