It was my first time tying this place as it seemed cute inside had boba/drinks and some snack items like cookies, mochi donut, and jiggly tofu pudding cat. I ordered a boba drink and a tofu pudding and my drink was messed up and as they were trying to fix it added way too much flavoring powder to it to the point where after my first drink it was like I was drinking straight out of a perfume bottle! It would have been better just to remake the drink from the beginning and I couldn’t drink it at all it was that strong. I should have tried the drink while I was still there so I could get a refund or a different drink at least. The pudding cat wasn’t as good as I was hoping it to be it tasted like nothing minus whatever sauce they put on top but was a bummer when I asked if I could get it Togo they didn’t have a bowl container for it and just plopped it in a cup ruining the form of it too. I probably won’t come back there are much better places to get better boba and...
Read moreI was super excited to try this place and have a bingsu place locally. But was super disappointed with this place. I ordered bingsu for my boyfriend and I to share then I asked for 2 mochi donuts for to go cause I had never had one before and wanted to try it and she told me that they would only be able to give me the donuts in a napkin sleeve but if I ordered 3 I could get a box. So I ordered 3 but then she told me I couldn't close the box while we ate our bingsu inside the restaurant which made absolutely no sense to me and it also seemed like she wanted me to bring the box back to her before we left so she could close it but I just left and closed it myself. Very bizarre experience. Also the bingsu was not very good either. The ice wasn't as snowy as I'm used to and it wasn't very sweet either and I got the...
Read moreWhat a cute concept for a boba tea cafe, especially in Fort Worth! However, I ordered the matcha with sakura foam (no boba) and it was $8+. Super pricey! And after two sips I had to throw it away; the matcha wasn’t even mixed into the drink but rather smeared onto the sides of the cup and yes I shook it around a lot to try to mix it together. The milk was so sweet and tasted like cotton candy and almost like a perfume (maybe it was from the foam?). I waited 30 minutes for just that one drink. Not blaming the employees since there was only one making drinks and one working the register, but management should hire more staff (at least for weekends). I would probably return to try something else or maybe the mochi donuts but only if they were having a special/happy hour. Definitely not worth that high of a price...
