Not impressed. We have been waiting for this location to open since we saw the build out starting. Went tonight and.....was not worth the wait for it to open or the 40 min wait for a table. Music inside was WAY to loud, couldn't carry on a conversation. Asked the server to put the Rangers game on, and she told us, that's a manager question, and then never mentioned it again, and no game. We ordered, and the food came out fairly quickly. But once it came to the table, I could tell why. If you're looking for New York Pizza, save your money. The pizza that came to our table tasted gross. Tastes and looks like pre-made pizza crusts, or maybe a frozen pizza crust. I honestly think that Chuck-E-Cheese up the road may have better pizza. Plus, you can play video games. The small Cesar salad (pictured) is very small. After only eating one slice, I was done. Almost immediately after the food came out, our server, who I will give benefit of the doubt to being new, asked if she could clear our plates and bring us boxes.....um what? Then she brought a box, that we had to figure out where to put on the table because we were still eating. Lots of employees walking/standing around but not a whole lot actually doing a task, which I would assume would be upstaffing for the opening. Overall, my review would be if you want good pizza, there's other spots around town. Service was meh, atmosphere was meh. But the beer prices were alright. Maybe after a few drinks the food is better? I did my best to be as honest and fair on this review as possible. Maybe it will help the kitchen, but doubtful.

First visit here and it will not be our last.. Great prices, wonderful atmosphere, great air conditioning, my party was promptly greeted, we were asked how we were doing today and if we had a seating preference? Snow was our server today and she was very friendly and extremely accommodating. I asked for suggestions and she was very helpful with her recommendations. We ordered the wings, (garlic and buffalo,) parmesan fries and a pizza with pepperoni and mushroom. Everything was hot and delicious and the food arrived in just the right order. Appetizer and promptly upon our finish of our appetizer the pizza arrived. I wanted to try some of the beers on tap and Snow recommended that I choose 3 to try, which I did and I really like the Outlaw, it's lite and refreshing, perfect for a hot summer day. Snow asked if we wanted dessert, we initially said no until she suggested the strawberry lemon warm cake and cheesecake. We said they both sound delicious so we will take them to go. We haven't tried them yet but when we do I'll update this review, but based on our experience this far, my expectations are high that they will be just as delicious as our dinner today. I will definitely recommend this restaurant. We are already talking about what we will try next time we go! 😋

The location is great, venue immaculate and inviting, and the staff was fantastic. From being greeted and seated promptly, to excellent service and product knowledge from Joey at the bar, the experience was very good. My only observation is that the pizza was a little cheesy and light on the sauce for my taste. Having lived in Philly and NY I was expecting more NY style that a mix with ballpark pizza. Not a complaint, an observation so I will just order light cheese next time. Kids loved it and the wings and burgers were great; fries a little underdone. Daughter said she would have requested with no pepper had she known. (Since the other fire seasoning options were listed parm and fire) Fantastic beer and cider selection and great prices on pints.

Came here on two separate occasions feeling really excited about having a Parry’s so close to our home. The first time we came in the wait staff at the front showed us to a booth and without even waiting for us to sit, turned and walked away. We had our infant son in a car seat so I assumed they were going to get a sling for us to set him in. No one came back and after awkwardly standing there trying to make the car seat fit in the booth I went over to the front stand and asked if there was a sling we could set our sons car seat in and showed them that the car seat would not fit in the booth. With zero empathy they looked at me and said “no we don’t have anything like that.” No effort at all was made to accommodate us or help us find another table. Absolutely stunned we immediately picked up our things and left.

Wanting to give the restaurant a second chance we returned and asked that we sit on the patio since we knew better than to rely on the staff to help us. Service was a bit slow but forgivable, they were picking up in business. We asked for a cup of hot water to help us warm a bottle for our son. The way our Server reacted to our request made it seem like we were asking for their left arm! Frustrated at this I took the bottle over to the bar area and asked a bar tender if they could get us if they had a hot water tap that the could give us a bit of water and the bar tender told me “we don’t have a hot water tap.” They took a cup to the back and finally reappeared with an empty cup saying she couldn’t find any hot water. I pointed to the wash sink behind them and asked if it was able to produce hot water which they finally tried.

Our pizza came out and frankly I’ve had better prepared food at a school cafeteria. Nothing about it seemed fresh but rather it was taken from a freezer not 25 minutes prior and sent down an oven belt to finish cooking. The final disappointment was finding a very long black hair baked into the toppings of our pizza.

This is by far the worst restaurant experience I have ever endured and seriously hope the general manager of this location can work with their staff to improve their production and attention to guest services. If you are looking for a nice beer they have a great selection. Food is rubbish and...

I typically do not write reviews but I just had an absolutely terrible experience. I was just there about 30 minutes ago to order and pick up food. This is the third time I have been here within the past week since I live and work near by. The first two times there has been minor mix ups with my order but nothing too bad. However, today my experience was unacceptable and I will not be spending my money here again. The employees are extremely rude and careless. I ordered a back to cali wrap and requested no avocado due to food sensitivity and the woman taking my order said that this was her first time hearing of the back to cali wrap and she didn't know what was on it. I was over charged as it should have been part of their lunch special (she charged me as if it was not a lunch special) and it had avocado on it, so it was a complete loss. I also ordered a small pizza and they completely missed it on the order which I did not realize until 20 minutes later after the wrap was finally done; since I was over charged I didn't think something was missing since the price was more expensive than it should have been for a wrap and a drink. When I attempted to ask the same woman who took my order about it, she was very rude and clueless, then the manager was no help at all and I was not going to waste another 20 minutes of my time when a single item took so long when they were not busy. I am very disappointed since I was really looking forward to this place being near by but I have never had such a poor experience like this. I would not recommend wasting...
