Pressed Juicery — Restaurant in Fort Worth

AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! My order was to deliver today and I received a text stating it would deliver by 11:30. A bit later I received a text saying my order had been canceled by Pressed Juicery. I called Pressed Juicery and they stated they canceled my order as they did not have the juices their website showed to be available. They stated they called me to let me know but did not leave a message. I do not answer calls from numbers I do not know. Also, why would I expect them to call when I had received a text that morning saying it was delivering by 11:30? I asked why they would not leave me a voicemail about my order and they stated, "we do not chase down our customers". I was shocked! I had to repeat it and ask if he just said that and he said yes. He said they did not charge my card. They DID! I had even signed up for VIP membership in the hopes of continuing with this local company. They did not apologize. They said they have other customers to attend to and cannot leave voicemails when they cannot fulfill an order. They did not care about losing a new customer and they do not seem to care about customer service either. I informed the guy that I planned to write an awful review and he said, "please do". When I asked how long it would take to get a refund, they said, "I don't know". They gave me the owners name and number which goes straight to voicemail. Always delicious, fresh, and a great price! We like the to do the juice cleanses from here and sometimes stop in for a sweet treat. Their freezes are like sorbet and you can pick the toppings! I got the seasonal rosé flavor and it was like a fresh strawberry. My husband likes all the cookie/chocolate toppings. It’s kind of like that Fro-Yo experience but with real fruit and some nutritional value…I think kids would even appreciate it if they’re used to avoiding refined sugars!...
