First impressions are important. You failed at this one so thoroughly that i had the pleasure of interacting with four of your garbage, useless, incompetent employees, five if you count the eye rolling from your kitchen staff . I ordered at the drive-thru, where whoever was the headset person was pushy, unpleasant and unhelpful.

When i got to the window the girl i was dealing with could not provide a drink carrier which made the drive home difficult but she also failed to deliver the entire order, which made the drive Back difficult as well.

When i go to get food, it's for a group of people. Since you forgot someones dinner, i gave them mine and came back. When i returned to your establishment (for what will be the last time in my life, i Guarantee you) and explained the situation firmly but politely to the person behind the counter, he moved to correct the error.

After he stepped away another associate approached me and asked if i had been helped. I don't know why she asked me a question, because she didn't listen to my response, nor was she in any position to help me regardless, so all it really amounted to was her interrupting my day and insisting herself into my life for no discernible reason. i had to repeat myself that i had been helped so i could make her go away.

The only helpful and worthwhile person you employ at this location returned from the back after your kitchen staff argued with him about the remake, and rolled their eyes at me, and told me it would be a while . I wasn't really willing to spend any more time under your roof than was strictly necessary.

I left.

Keep the money. I will Never give you another cent. If your food is available somewhere for free, i will refuse it. You disgust me. Your failure and poor attitude makes you my enemy.

Raising Canes Chicken is a family favorite for chicken strips, garlic toast and their wonderful Lemonade! This Hulen location is clean and organized and the single stall bathrooms were also well kept and stocked up. We usually go through the drive through, but our kid and our kid’s friend group all love to meet here for dinner before going out on the weekends. They allow them to push tables together to accommodate larger groups and their tolerable of the loudness and obnoxiousness that comes with teenagers lol!

Pros: Pro tip - you can totally ask for your Chicken Strips or Crinkle Cut Fries to be cooked extra crispy and they come out extra hot as an extra bonus! They also have the delicious crunchy “Sonic” style ice, so at least get yourself a free ice water cup or get some of that tart Lemonade! My kid loves the Chicken Strips, my husband loves the cold Cole Slaw and Crinkle Cut Fries with their special Canes Sauce and I’m a fan of their Garlic Toast and Lemonade! I hate to do this on canes, but the food was absolutely terrible. Number one my one daughter and I ate leftovers last night instead of the 6 piece because the whole order was not delivered. Number 2 my other daughter that had the three piece hot sauce that looked like it was from death. This place is a treat for us. It used to be a weekly thing, but sometimes you have to stop that ha ha so we made it a treat and this absolutely was not a treat. This was horrible. The sauce looks spoiled or diluted or something, and the food was not delivered accordingly, and what we did get, did not taste, right . I’m not want to complain. You could look on my reviews.
