Poor Costumer service. Cashier lies on my face. And makes me look bad. I had order a 3 piece combo. And before I paid I told the cashier that I also wanted to add 2 extra sauces. She read me my total and before I paid again I asked "is this with the 2 extra sauces I asked for?" to which she replied with a "yes, I'll make sure to tell them" when they called my name I noticed I didn't have my extra sauces so I told the girl who was giving my order. And she told me there was a charge for it to which I said, yea It was already taken care of by cashier when I put my order in. Girl looked at cashier and asked if my sauces were already take care of. Cashier nodded noo. So I am the liar here? Am I seen as the guy who was trying to avoid paying for 2 extra sauces as if I am cheap?? So I asked the cashier what happened? I thought it was already taken care of? And said "you asked mid payment" uh no, I asked to be added before I paid. Other girl was like "well it's gonna be $xx" Obviously I paid, but by that point it wasn't so much about paying or not for the sauces but rather meeting costumers expectations. If I am told my order has fully been taken care of why does she go back on her word and said I didn't pay for them when I clearly asked and after paying she didn't ring me up for the sauces but said she will tell staff ro be added. Being lied to, and making it seem like I am the cheap liar here, was the issue. Teach staff to access the situation and act accordingly. Poor Costumer service by the cashier and girl who gave out...
Read moreRaising Cane’s is one of those places I go to when I’m craving something simple and satisfying, but it’s not without its drawbacks. The concept is straightforward—chicken fingers, fries, toast, coleslaw, and Cane’s sauce—and they do that core menu really well. The chicken fingers are always hot, crispy, and tender, and the Cane’s sauce is definitely the star of the show. Honestly, the sauce is so addictive that it’s hard to imagine eating the chicken without it. The Texas toast is another highlight—perfectly buttery and toasted just right.
That being said, the simplicity of the menu is both a strength and a weakness. If you’re in the mood for chicken fingers, you’re in luck, but if you want variety or anything outside of the basics, you’re out of options. The fries are decent, but nothing to rave about, and the coleslaw feels more like a filler side than something I’d order by choice.
The atmosphere is fun and casual, with quick service that keeps lines moving even during peak hours. Prices are reasonable, and portion sizes are fair, but after a couple of visits, the lack of menu variety makes it feel repetitive.
Overall, Raising Cane’s is good for what it is, but it doesn’t go...
