Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I LEFT MY PHONE IN THE RESTROOM AT THIS LOCATION AND DIDN'T REALIZE UNTIL THEY WERE ALREADY CLOSED. I DROVE BACK HOPING THERE WOULD STILL BE EMPLOYEES CLEANING AND SURE ENOUGH THERE WAS. THE LOCATION ON MY PHONE (THANK GOD FOR FIND MY IPHONE) SAID IT WAS STILL IN THE RESTAURANT BUT WHEN THE MANAGER FINALLY OPENED THE DOOR SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T SEE A PHONE BUT THAT SHE WOULD GO LOOK. SHE LEFT ME OUTSIDE AND WHEN SHE TURNED AROUND MY PHONE WAS IN HER BACK POCKET!!! SHE CAME BACK TO THE DOOR SAYING I WAS WELCOME TO COME INSIDE AND LOOK FOR MY PHONE, SURE ENOUGH, SHE PUT MY PHONE BACK IN THE RESTROOM!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ON TOP OF THAT THIEVES.

Got here and waited forever until someone walked up to the register to take my payment, I was about to just start eating for free! I sat my soup down on the table and the lady cleaning threw it away as I went to go get drinks, she didn’t even offer to bring me new soup she barely even apologized. I ordered a personal pizza, asked for pepperoni, mushrooms, jalapeños and EXTRA cheese. The lady wrote three of the ingredients on a piece of papers and left the extra cheese out. In the end, it wasn’t even a personal pizza because it was placed on the pizza bar instead of being brought to our table. Overall... don’t eat at this location. The camp Bowie location has much better customer service and the pizza bar is...

If I could this place wouldnt even get 1 star!! I Love Cici's pizza. But this here location oh no! And to be on such a busy busy well known street! No it sucks! I paid 26 dollars first for 3 people. Then they had no pizza out on buffet line. My niece had asked for a cup of jalapeno they said they were out but then served my sister a personal pizza with jalapeno on it. So accommodating and efficiency is not one here at this location. We had to order pizza by personal pizza only even bread sticks when first got there they said they should be coming out any minute. Heck we finished our whole meal getting full on salad before they brought bread sticks out. I mean it waa terrible service and just a terrible sized location for such a big busy area. And the workers were poorly trained. I will never ever or my family that attended ever go here again. Too small, poor service and no pizza made. Terrible employees! Ill stick to my White Settlement, Camp Bowie and 8th Ave locations in fort worth. They never fail me. But this one was closest to us at time. And hate that I paid all that money for salad. Oh yea even ordeded chicken wings while supposibly waiting for pizzas and even those were late and tasted terrible.How to ask for a to go container cause I was ready to leave. Looking for dinner? You won't find it here from the moment we walked into the buffet it was almost completely out of pizza. We offered up patience and time and ordered specials to fill the void. Employees seem to have a vacant expression on their faces waiting for the next mundane thing to happen. Half pizza come out of the oven while the cutter moves at a snails pace; in the meantime more and more customers pile in the door. Hoping this would speed the staff up, and cuase them to feel as though they mighht need to light a fire under themselves. Never once during our stay did more than one pizza at a time ride along the cooking belt. No fresh common rolls ever hit the buffet one of Cici' s most popular items... instead to sad looking stale rolls waiting for some one lonely to take them away. As the night progressed we watched employees go on break as the lines back up with hungry customers. Are total wait time for our special order pizza (bearing in mind, no one ever moved as though there was a reason to rush, the buffet was never full... people sat hungry and waiting before the store was even bbusy) 33 minutes.
