Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Worth

One of the worst branches ever ! Will never come back again because of the poor customer service the staff has at this location ! I placed a simple order online and drove to pick up after giving them 30 minutes to prepare . I get there , absolutely no acknowledgement from any of the workers there ! They pretend like they don’t see you ! I stood there with my finance looking at them hoping someone will ask us what we want ! 7 minutes passed , one of the workers boxing the pizzas comes to the front passes right by us and ignore us completely as if we don’t exists and just carelessly goes back to continue working .. wow !! If I didn’t pay already I would’ve pushed the door and walked out but I paid ! Finally some lady comes from the very back to ask if we were helped . I told her nobody cared to acknowledge us even ! Finally handed me the pizza and I left . Super disrespectful, zero customer service ! If this is how Papa John’s train their employees then they don’t deserve me spending my money on their food ! I came in on 04/05/2024. I haven't been to this particular location in over a year and maybe a year and a half. I had just been going to or using the Crowley location since then. The staff and cleanliness of this location is over and beyond my expectation. The customer service was beyond top notch. I will be using this store from now on because of the drastic improvement since the last time I used them. Especially with the exemplary customer service. I had accidently tapped pepperoni on my app order by accident and they STILL offered to remake the pizza for me and make it a sausage and just made one of my worse days better for me. I had a really rough day and it was requested sausage instead of pepperoni out of my crew. This just made the evening much more smoother for me and I was about ready to cry. They didn't technically have to do that for me and still did. This was over and beyond and the friendliness and not an attitude behind it was legit and not fake. These ppl enjoy doing their job. TERRIBLE! Do not spend your money here you will be upset. I ordered a cheesestix at 10:59. At 11:50 I had not received an email or text saying my order was complete. It was still saying “making” online when I tracked it. I originally considered maybe they are short staffed. When I arrived to check to see it it was ready at 11:55, three employees there looked way less than busy, and were kinda hanging around. My order was indeed ready although I still had received no update of so. I asked the employee how long had it been ready, he informed me only ten minutes. That is a lie. The heat factor of this def shows much longer and idk if it’s just this location but the quality is trash and looks and taste nothing like it’s previously had.
