This is my second time coming and I show up to this location because they close late so I could finish up on work. Every time at around 9:30, as me and many others are working and needing of the light, they turn off the lights and do not tell us anything. No warning, no warning about if they would be closing early. They just expect you to get the hint. Which is horrible service. As we are all wondering where the lights went and using our phone flashlights to guide us around to pack up our stuff, the staff is just laughing and looking at us with a bad attitude. At least that is the vibe that is sent. I love Starbucks, so the food was great of course but it seems like everything is done without care. Restrooms aren't clean at all either. The only other thing that I could say I appreciated was the blonde girl at the front. She was sweet and had good customer service. I couldn't say the same for the girl with the bangs. If it is protocol to turn off the lights at 9:45, then tell customers that are clearly working on work that they will have no more light. Respect people and they will respect you back, or at least be considerate and inform the customers instead of giving them a look that they're over staying their visit. Not everyone knows your establishment. Google says the place closes at 11. At least fix it if the place closes earlier. Hopefully this gets fixed soon because more people will speak out about the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIn all my decades...yes you read that right decades of drinking Starbucks, this has to be one of the worst locations that I have ever visited. This is the fourth time that my drink has always been wrong. So one day I stopped ordering drinks that seemed too complicated. But how do you screw up a plain coffee with cream and sweetener I have no idea. I got black bitter coffee without a stopper and so you can imagine how my ride to work went.
The baristas working drive thru have terrible attitudes. Just don't work there if this isn't for you. Manager didn't even apologize just well we were busy. Okay so am I but this is your job. Plus I always tip and do pay it forward but not today never again here.
Do yourself a favor for the love of everything that is coffee and do not spend money here. Don't even use the wifi here. Don't even ask for a free cup of water here they'll screw that up probably as well. You are better off making coffee at home and picking up at a gas station. Gas stations are now competing for your attention and business. I have had coffee from 7/11 taste better than this and nobody will screw up your order. QT has a nice coffee bar along with inexpensive food selections to go with your coffee. Understandable it's not drive thru but it beats the hell outta this sorry excuse for a Starbucks.
I don't like this location end of story...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe staff was very cordial but it's still overpriced coffee and milk and sugar. And when I worked at Target and we had a Starbucks up front, I discovered from their employees that all the expensive sandwiches and sugary treats are frozen! I mean, I knew they werent all homemade before but they arrange them and display them in the case like a bakery would. Putting processed eggs and cheese on a frozen croissant displayed on top of snowflaked shaped doilies doesnt make my mouth water. Make your own coffee at home it's cheaper. And their frappuccinos have more calories and sugar than a full meal plus dessert do. So sorry ladies, you can get it with soy milk or light whip cream or sugar free caramel drizzle. You're still gonna get fat. And it's not fat shaming, because I'm fat. You're allowed to make fun of someone nowadays as long as you're the same as what you're ridiculing. Or so I've been led to believe by millennials. And yes, I'll be 40 this year, so I know that makes what I'm writing the equivalent of yelling "Get off my lawn!!!!!" to strangers....
