The menu features five signature bowls, including the Inti Signature Poke with salmon, yellow corn, pickled onions, carrots, gari, furikake, and their special Inti sauce. Being an avid supporter of local businesses, my friend and I went into Inti Poki bowl, on West 7th, to have dinner, and try it out. The gentleman on the other side of the bar was very friendly and very helpful, and gave us a taste of all the different sauces they had available. Then we each built our own Poké bowl with a wonderful selection in front of us. They were all sorts of rice options, meat options, and vegetables available, topped off by a wonderful selection of sauces. The gentleman who attended us was very kind, very patient, very informative and our experience overall was absolutely lovely. Please take a minute to go by and support the local businesses. They bring a wonderful selection and variety of yummy food to our...

I recently had a disappointing experience at Inti Poke, a takeout spot I’d been looking forward to trying. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. When I arrived, the server, “Jennifer,” looked like she might’ve been having a rough day, but that didn’t justify how she treated me. As I was asking her questions about the menu, she seemed distracted and impatient, as though my questions were a bother. To make matters worse, she was on the phone during our interaction, which made me feel ignored and undervalued as a customer. It was a very frustrating experience, especially since I had high hopes for good customer service to complement the food. I left feeling disappointed and uncertain if I’d...

Decided to give this place a shot. Really wanted to like it but unfortunately the food didn’t pull through. I understand it’s a poke restaurant but I got a large honey chicken bowl and chicken was super dry. If chicken is always like this, I’d suggest just removing it from the menu as it makes the whole bowl unenjoyable. Portions were the only thing good EDIT : went back a second time and asked chatGPT to make me a good bowl of all of their toppings and turned out great. Flavors blended well. Only critique is the salmon to topping ratio was a bit overpowered by all of the toppings

OUTSTANDING!!! From the moment we walked in, the gentleman working greeted us and took the time to let us taste all 5 sauces since it was our first time. He was so friendly and you could tell he was passionate about sharing this delicious food! Clean space, fresh ingredients, unique concept for Fort Worth. So so glad we stopped in! Tried the Inti Bowl, and the Peruvian Chicken Bowl- but you can also build your own with so many topping, protein and rice options! I’m full with leftovers. Happy and will definitely be returning regularly!
