Had a visit at Starbucks today with clay and we went through the drive through, ordered 6 drinks. Store representative told us we will have to come inside PER POLICY. No policy states that. We then go inside to get drinks that THEY should’ve brought out because a drive through is a service PROVIDED. Then, we get inside and they forget an add on, on our drinks, we bring it up and clay grabs a cup and says he’ll give us a WHOLE CUP of cold foam to emphasize our concern. Then throws it over to us. Due to that, We let him know that we will not be pouring the cold foam in as that was HIS job and he messed up the previous order. Like? That was extremely unpleasant. he grabs the drinks and throws drink out into a sink, leaving it half empty so then, we asked him to remake both drinks and he was laughing about it. No, kind of compassion for the amount of revenue that is going to be given. It was a $70 order that is PROFIT towards you all. Why treat customers that are being an asset this way? It's upsetting how I literally tell them the correct pronunciation of my name and yet Hanna had the audacity to correct me on MY OWN NAME. bro. How are you going to tell me how to pronounce my own name? In which, I understand and sympathize because I was a Starbucks worker in the past as well and names can be hard. But she was so rude by correcting me with a confused and condescending tone. On top of that. It's embarrasing that she had a black apron, a COFFEE MASTER apron. Therefore, she's an experienced barista. But clearly that doesn't mean jack when her customer service clearly needs to be improved upon.
