Panda Express — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I wish I could give it 0 stars.... I had never been so petty until this Panda Express brought the pettiness out of me. Besides the food being terrible always, my husband likes to go there, so I always order 1 or 2 items from the menu that are edible enough. I ordered string bean chicken breast. I pull up to the window, I pay, and am waiting for my food, and when the associate returns, he informs me they are out of string bean chicken breast. I can't think,v then I remember one other entrée that I can actually stomach, I order it, and he leaves. Then comes back and says his manager said (and I quote): "no, pick something else" at this moment I informed him I don't like anything else, to please just charge me the difference. A measly $1.50. It's no problem, I pay it. They give me my food. I drive home. When I get home, I realize I was charged an "extra side" charge, which is an additional $1.50. Total was only $3.25. I called the store to get my $1.50 refunded since this store decided to be stingy, then promoted themselves to thieves and con ppl. It would've been much easier to just give me the alternative I ordered after they failed to inform me of the unavailability of their menu items. It was a misstep on their part, not mine. These managers have no training in customer service and do not care about their clientelle. The manager refused to talk to me initially. When his "acting manager" was about to give me the refund over the phone, the manager, Luis, finally decided to do his job and got on the phone only to tell me he wasn't giving me my refund unless I drove back over there. I told him he was inconveniencing me over and over again. I warned him that if i had to drive back over there, I would bring the food back and get a full refund. Rudely told me to do whatever I want. So I did. I took all the food back. I'm done with this place and any other panda...

Order delivery through their app. Apparently they use doordash. The people delivered my food or unable to read that there was drinks with it. So I got my food but got my drinks. When I asked the doordasher about that, they said oh we'll go get them. Apparently they lied and then went back to the store. After five times calling someone finally decided to answer the phone and said sorry. There's nothing we can do. You have to go through doordash. Yet. I ordered through their app and got no doordash information and they didn't have any to give me but they knew they didn't give you my drinks so apparently where they set it up there too incompetent to figure out how to put to put the drinks with the food so that they get one order. And they said there's no one Will be able to take care of my issue and to call back the next day. Horrible service. I don't even know I bother getting delivery nowadays. It's almost always an issue because them people doing the delivery are incompetent and the people the store who hand them the food are probably even worse. I'll go there in person so you can actually get everything you order cuz apparently putting two drinks with one package of food is not going to be able to be delivered Hey...

Valerie is very pleasant, prompt and professional. Valerie welcomed me and made me feel she was happy to be working for Panda Express. The Broccoli Beef is very delicious, Kung Pao Chicken is very good, it is spicy, Kung Pao Chicken is some of the best Kung Pao Chicken I ever had. Spring rolls are sub par at best, spring rolls are a waste of money. Egg rolls are ok. I don't know why no one can make great egg rolls, like Jack in the Box, which are the best Egg Rolls period. Chow Mein taste very good. The fried rice is just ok, fried Rice tastes old and tough, crunchy, no moisture. Crispy Almond Chicken Breast was dry tasting, tasted overcooked from the bottom of the bag. Crispy Almond Chicken Breast seemed to be a lot of breading and very little chicken. We were very disappointed that the Crispy Almond Chicken Breast was so tough. Valerie was very busy but made sure my order was complete. Valerie is clear in her speech, and communication with the customer while taking orders, she has the attention to details. The store was clean and fresh, the food...
