Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Fort Worth

First of all service is terrible, they’re not welcoming at all. Second, the management is terrible as well. Yesterday 12/28/2023 was my first time getting food here and I will never order from here again. I got 3 orders of boneless chicken wings and to my surprise when I got into my car and bit into it the chicken was raw. So I checked my kids meals and their chicken was also raw. One of my daughters had bit into it already and now she’s feeling sick and throwing up . If she ends up in the hospital or myself I’m going to sue this restaurant. And also when I went to ask for my money back the manager barely even look at me and barely even acknowledge me all she said was “sorry about that” and that’s it. I don’t know if they’re aware but raw chicken can kill you. Right now I’m concerned for my daughter’s health. The ambience there is crap. Please don’t eat here people! Or check your food before you eat it. And please get new staff every one working there were all playing around and chit chatting in the back. Maybe that’s why they can’t cook chicken properly… I also noticed the restaurant only responds to good reviews. So watch out with the neglect...

Came in and ordered a 30 piece wing and fries. When I picked up my order, there were no fries included. I called the store and the guy who answered proceeded to tell me I didn’t order fries. I explain to him that he says your number I tell him order number and he tells me someone else’s order I correct him and tell him what I ordered. He proceeds to tell me you didn’t order fries, and my order includes fries. Receipt doesn’t have fries on there. I proceeded to explain that the cashier who was registering me was new and kept taking off and adding on the fries. He says no you didn’t order the fries and proceeds to try to argue. First of all when you order a 30 piece fries are automatically included. It states that on your menu as well as websites and when you’re ordering, it puts fries on there. If I’m spending $47 I would at least like to get the order that I placed. Especially if the items...

Great job to this young team! Austin, assisted me and 2 other people with grace and a smile. Ashley had a noticeable great smile with can do attitude. Kareem the magr (I didn't get the correct spelling) very personable and professional. Manged the team smoothly and with guidance. I only gave the food a 4 because I think the chicken wings could be a little crisper. The flavor was on point. Korean & spicy lemon pepper. Chicken Philly was really good and hot. (Temperature).
