On Thursday December 29th 2022 my friend and I went to the subway on trinity Blvd in Fort worth late in the evening.. I ordered a protein salad bowl and my friend ordered a number 10.. The female employee working seemed to have a problem with me requesting not to have my meat (shredded chicken & cheese) not melted in the oven but yet cold.. I had to repeat 3 times that I preferred my cheese and chicken cold... Her demeanor was very negative but as a customer I remained polite and continued addressing her as yes, Ma'am and no Ma'am due to respect... As she took my friends order her demeanor was a bit nasty but we ordered... I then placed 2 subway gift cards on the counter and she then states that she due to a new system with the register that she did not know how to do the transaction... I then politely informed her that I use these cards at other Subway stores almost every day during my lunch hour at work. She continued to say that she couldn't do it so I pulled out my cell phone to contact one of the other Subway store that I go too in order to help her on how to use the card. My friend pulled out his credit card to pay and we both left the facility but I then got in touch with a manager at another subway and explained the situation and asked if he could tell her how to use a gift card in case she get another customer wanting to use a gift card... I offered to wait until she finished with the two customer that was there to order... I had the manager on loud speakers so that she was aware that he was willing to run her through the process and she angered informed me that she had to finish with her customers then do a pickup order.. I patiently sided and informed her that I will wait and as soon as I stated that she rudely said that the registered had a new system and she didn't have the time... So with my phone being on speaker the subway manager on the phone spoke up and said, All you have to do is hit card and use the card as a credit card... She stated that shehad other orders and that's when I left the facility... I felt very disrespected as a customer and politely left... Only of she knew that I wanted to leave her a compliment earlier on how clean the store was but after being forced to pay cash and not able to use my card at this facilty I'm very disappointed... I never experience this at any other...
Read moreMuch better this time around. Sure, it wasn't jam-packed at 1125a, but the big differentiator in the level of your experience seems to be who is working at the particular time you come in. Today's crew was a pleasant one. Based on today alone I'd give it a 4, but due to other experiences of the recent past (a few months) I won't do over a 3. The Italian herb and cheese bread is where it's at, especially if you toast it. Unless you're feeling a ham deficiency, you can save $2.50 on the foot long and get the spicy italian. Cheddar goes well with that; almost as good as the provolone (I wanted to change it up). Upgrading to the deluxe for extra meat was definitely worth it. I should not have gotten the sweet onion sauce; it does not play well with the spicy meats. The creamy Sriracha sauce was good enough (a soft cream texture and mild sriracha-ish flavor) but for spicy I'll stick to real vegetables and get my heat from jalapeños or banana peppers going forward.
Mixed feelings. Normally, visits here are uneventful, but today's visit was disappointing for a few reasons. The bigger issue, one that is a recurring theme here, is the staff being impersonable and rushing people along as quickly as possible - to the point that they regularly mess up my order (which was today's other issue). I understand that it's an assembly line of sorts, but if the line staff is entirely cold and robotic and rushes customers along like they are a nuisance (which is the impression that was given to me today by Ruth), then this job is a prime candidate for...
Read moreI have a really bad experiences in that place Saturday 27th July 2019. 2 of my coworkers and myself decided to order dinner from there, I made first a mistake I ordered online for a pickup at 1530 instead of 1745, when I realized it, I tried to call the shop 6 times to change the pick up time, no answers. So realizing my sandwich will probably be cold and not good anymore I decided to order a second one with the correct pickup time and hope they will be able to refund me that sandwich or give me another one. At 1745 when I arrived at the shop I asked the cashier about our 3 orders and explained I made a mistake with the first one, the guy bring me the sandwich that was made for 1530 and gave it to me stating they have no refund and I should have canceled the order online, an option that the Subway app doesn't have, I answered him the app doesn't have that option and the only way to change the time was to call the store which I did 6 times without any answer and showed him the phone call log of my phone, he answered I never called and that I was a 'Shitty Customers' 3 times, I decided to call the franchise owner of the Store Mr Dave Phugh as his phone is available at the counter, and explained him the situation, he asked me what was the name of the employee, the employee stated his name was David probably not his name as the employee didn't even have a tag name on him. Back to the office one of my coworkers found out his sandwich wasn't even what he ordered, we will definitely never go back to that place and I will never recommend...
