First and last time experience. I went here for a quick bite, while checking with a clients network. I purchased just a bacon cheeseburger and some fries. Order came out in great time (less than 10 mins). Unfortunately, I couldn’t give a review on the food quality, due to a long strand of female black hair hanging from the burger and toppings(Q&A fail) if it isn’t romaine trying to kill you. Like a topping. I immediately lost appetite and had to drive 10 mins, back down the road. To more dismay happening. Apparently, “customer service” was non existent this day. An apparently Q&A. When I arrived, the owners were going through a verbal back and forth with a customer (not professional at all). Whom, also must’ve had “A+ service”. Mind you, the owners still are taking their time, for my refund. An I’m just standing waiting. At first they were only going to refund my burger or give replacement (eww... no thanks). I calmly, just asked for my full refund. Yet, the female owner continued belittling a customer and their family. After she or kitchen, well actually her as an owner. Messed up their order, and had to pay. Finally, after 10-15 mins of back and forth with a customer and continuously asking for a “receipt”. Which mind you, I literally was in there less than 30 mins ago lol. Even have my business travel card receipt. She just gave me a cash refund. Terrible experience, SIMPLY AWFUL... as a Texan this place should be closed.

Read moreI WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AS THE ASIAN MAN WORKING THERE MAKING $8 AN HOUR FROM WHAT HE TOLD ME! I called and asked for a manager, and I was told that there was no manager or supervisor available for me to talk to you and then proceeded to tell the Asian man that was on the phone with my issue was with the fish not being fresh or refried, he immediately got offensive and started yelling at me and telling me that that’s not true. They didn’t have an order this morning for fish and that Don’t ref, fry the fish, etc.. I told him that the fish is clearly been sitting out. You can tell by the way it looks that it’s been refried or just sat there for a while. Also gave him my order number when he told me that I was a liar and that they didn’t have have order number five which my order number was five I then asked him to let me know who the manager was. He said Rhonda was the owner and there was nothing that he could do and that basically I was lying about my food not being fresh. I advised him at that time that I will go ahead and post the pictures online he said he can do whatever I wanted to do. He wasn’t going to take this because I was lying about the fish not being good everybody else like their burgers however, I would stay far away from the fish you might get...
Read moreI ordered for carry out and they forgot to give me half of my $35.00 order. I called and the offered to give me the cold food they forgot the first time! I requested to have my order remade and they agreed and just hung up. I walk into the restaurant and place the returned food on the counter. The young lady there takes it without a word and relays something to the kitchen staff. After about 5 minutes
