The cashier was very rude. He had an attitude upon me asking him was my order a combo. He stated I did not say I wanted a combo. Then I asked him for a Jalapeño pepper/pepper. He said he needed to charge me. I told the cashier that he had already charged me. He stated he did not angrily. I pulled my receipt out of my bag after checking my order. I asked the young boy who was preparing orders for the drive through if he could give me a pepper, not pepper/packets. The young boy then asked the lady at the window who I think is a manger about what I asked him for. The manager at the window asked the guy at the register did he charge me. And the cashier said he needs to see the receipt. I first tried to hand him my receipt upon asking him for a pepper. He was acting as if I was not trying to give him my receipt or telling him it's on my receipt. He didn't get the receipt, so I laid it on the counter. Afterwards with his attitude he told the young boy to give it to her. They proceeded to give me jalapeños poppers. I said to him want a pepper. The cashier stated you asked for jalapeños poppers. I said I asked for a pepper. The cashier with his attitude said I needed to speak up/because I didn’t say that. It’s on my ticket! You charged me for it. I blatantly said to him I asked for a jalapeño pepper. And he proceeded to tell me to calm down, angrily. When him, himself has had an attitude with me the whole time as if he was bothered. I don't understand YOU gave me individual items. And your mad at, because I asked you was it a combo? Instead of the cashier saying I didn't ask for what I asked him for. He could have apologized and said he didn't hear me. Which I stated to him. It's was as if he was trying to make a scene, because he had charged me wrong. The manger her self should had came to the counter also to see what was going on.
Very poor customer service. Including the manger. I work in healthcare. And even I know when I am wrong. I also know that at that moment instead of me not listening to my patients. I need to LISTEN AND HEAR...

I went today Nov 27, 2020, around 6 or 6:15 pm, the gentleman that took my order, had just came from outside smoking. He took my order and never came to the widow to even acknowledge me and let me know that it would be a while before my order would be ready. By this time several cars that were behind me had began to drive away. Around 20 minutes later the gentleman came to the window. I asked him what's going on, he stated "we busy" I then said where is the customer service, at least you could have acknowledged me and let me know why I had to wait so long, I asked if my food was ready he said yes $8.81 and snatched my $20.00 from my hand, after that fiasco I told him I didn't want anything from this place and snatched my money from his hand. This is the second time that this has happened to my husband first and now me. Maybe it's where the chicken place is located and the demographics it serves, the employees think they have a right to be rude and disrespectful. Let's get this clear you need us, we don't need you! The employees at this establishment seems as if they are trying to sabotage the company so it will shut down. I or my husband will NEVER patronize this establishment again. We are hard working citizens that deserve and demand good customer service. This establishment need to view the tape, if there is one to see the service that's being given out to the customer. Popeyes will definitely be my go to place for a quick bite. What happened to fast food, not wait in line for over 30...
Read moreI ordered Golden chick on 06/05 & none of my food was fresh. I called 5 times to inform someone but they never answered the phone, so I just had to eat it like that. I said I’ll give them another chance since I did place my order around closing time (8:45-9pmish) & they close at 10pm. Today I went again & man I wish I didn’t. I ordered a 6 pc tender meal w/ fries, a Pepsi & an extra roll. When I received my order they gave me a 4pc tender w/ Mac, no extra roll & a flat Pepsi. I informed the cashier that they’ve given me the wrong order. He took the order back and proceeds to give me the same exact order back, he just took out my roll and added some fries and gave it back and said the Mac was free. I then informed him again that I ordered a 6 pc not a 4 pc & that I still didn’t get my extra roll and that he had took the roll that was already with the meal. 😑 when i finally received the correct order, I pulled off to only find out that none of the food was fresh, the chicken was UNDERCOOKED, skin falling off it was so MUSHY! NEVER AGAIN! Basically got $40 for free from me. I will never visit this store or the story location in Irving...
