EDIT: I talked to the manager & showed her the picture. She was just as appalled as I was & did not hesitate to replace it with the same value. She was very kind & friendly!! 4 stars for service, only because the other female employee didn’t seem to really care.
This store is slowly becoming the biggest Taco Hell Hole In North City. My bad experience has now overcome the good. I DoorDash in the area, & I had a stolen order that took me nearly 30 minutes to resolve. They take a good minute to make your orders for delivery. Luckily the gentleman was patient with me.. Tonight I order $20 worth for a dash for myself (tip included) for 2 items. One was OK, the other COMPLETELY MESSED UP, missing half of what I asked for. $2.99 Nachos built into $6 with added extras, & nothing excluded except beans & red sauce. They FORGOT the gauc, sour cream it is supposed to come with, with extra beef.. I don’t see nothing XTRA ABOUT IT!!!! The woman behind the counter had the audacity to say “you added on so we assumed it said no gauc or sour cream” & not offer me anything, while I come up with a solution!! I just wanted my damn money back!!! Your job is to read the receipt THOROUGHLY!!! It infuriated me so bad, I lost my appetite having to go fix it myself at past 2 in the AM!!! After driving DoorDash all afternoon myself!!! The photos speak for itself… DoorDash only offered $2 credited back before I went back up there AFTER having it delivered. The store couldn’t credit a full refund for the inconvenience & neither would DD, although I did get $10. You truly think I am hungry after you fudged my order up this bad & had me drive back up there when I wanted to relax at 3 in the morning?!?! HORRIBLE! Hopefully the manager fixes...
Read moreThe kiosks at this location it’s not working they need to be calibrated. After struggling to place my order and getting to the last screen to add the sauce packets it doesn’t work. A team member says loudly “they don’t work good just try another” as I am trying to get another one to work that was not calibrated another team members says I am sorry I can take your order, I thank her and place my order. She was amazing but then I go to get ice from the soda fountain and there is no ice! My kids are saying mom there is no ice loudly it’s obviously noticeable with only a few other guest in the lobby and who appears to be a Manager sitting at a tall table talking to another manager they never offer to help or say anything! Just blind to what is happing very sad or they don’t care. The nice team member offers to get us ice. She needs a raise her name is Zaire she pays more attention then the management. Then we wait about 20 to 30 minutes for our food with no one in the dining room and still the manager never gets up just gets on the phone lol. Guest continue to complain about the ice, then in front of the manager a team member says I can fix the ice machine it needs reset and proceeds to climb on a chair to fix it. The manager doesn’t know how to fix but the team member does WOW. Maybe the manager should at least get him a step stool instead of a bar stool for safety. Very...
Read moreListen, I know it’s Taco Bell. The bar isn’t really high. I grew up on this stuff and was eager to eat the Enchirito and the Chili Cheese Burrito again after many years of leaving the Bell for the likes of Taco Casa, Bueno, and Rosa’s. I now understand why I go to those other places. One, the Enchirito is back but not it’s former self. Little to no red sauce and they left the onions off. Two, a Crunchwrap Supreme that was given without the tostada or meat. Really? Some human actually thought that was an accurate order? Three, a chili cheese burrito that was absolutely vacant from the order. Four, zero of the sauces we requested for the order. And yet, when we got home, we ate it without returning because when you can’t get the most pedestrian order correct I sure ain’t wasting my time to see if you can correct it (I assume you can’t). Good job (this location), you have killed any desire to ever eat at a Taco Bell again….and in the end, that’s actually...
