Target — Local services in Fort Worth

Vaughn was providing excellent customer by telling on which aisle the Cheeze it's are located. However, much to my dismay, the regular Cheeze it's were not in stock. This is unacceptable and tarnishes the good name of Targets everywhere.

I ask what is the purpose of a grocery store? If you answered anything other than to provide quality goods at a reasonable price, then you are incorrect. You see the moment that stores can't provide customers with the goods that wish to procure is the moment that the social contract between store and customer has been tainted. Currently, the trust between the store and I is eroding.

If not for my interaction with Vaughn I would have given this review a lower star rating. He gave me hope and encouraged me to try the Watagua Target. There's still hope for the target brand in my heart. If they fail it's all over. I hope that they have the Cheeze it's my heart desires. For a world without Cheeze it's is a grim world that I hope to not live in.

It might seem like miniscule thing to write such a lengthy review over but I like my Cheeze it's. And while not everyone likes Cheeze It's as much as I, I can guarantee every customer has metaphorical Cheeze it's in their mind that they wish to obtain when they go to a location that is known for having it.

So not sure if this will get any attention like it should but it’s worth a shot. 12/16/21 at around 6 pm i decided to go to target as usual lol. there’s always friendly people don’t get me wrong but today there was one person that stood out, i believe his name was ben, he said he was around 18 and dark skinned young man just so we can better identify him :). whenever i go into target i always go to the self checkout because if im being honest i’m not always up for a scripted conversation and just like to get my things and go. but today i have a cashier a shot, aka ben. when i decided to go to his lane he parked a conversation immediately but it seemed different, the way he talked was like he knew me for years and he made me feel like we’ve been best friends for years. i’m the type of person who is very antisocial if i’m being honest and he just made me forget about that. and don’t get me wrong, i go to target many times and other store and even work in customer service myself but never have i experienced just such a comfortable and light hearted conversation that obviously made me so shocked to write a review lol. it’s been rough the past year for a lot of people including myself so for someone like him to be out there being kind, should be shown so much...

The checkout process was very disorganized and cramped, completely unable to social distance. There was only one girl (On a saturday!) trying to direct traffic but she wasn't able to handle the amount of customers trying to find a register. Once I was checked out, which the process once I got there was fairly smooth, but the girl at the checkout did NOT scan the target-issued sticker coupons on the front of the reduced meat and produce I selected strictly because they were reduced, I would not have bought them otherwise and got cheated into paying full price for nearly expired products because the employee wasn't paying attention or was not trained to process them. I guess I shouldn't trust that facing them all upward so the coupon is clearly visible is enough for an employee to catch. Also, I found a piece of sliced plastic packaging (From who knows where) mixed in with my lettuce from target, and had gone bad several days before expiring. The quality of product and service at target is really diminishing... I used to think paying a little more for great products and service was worth coming to target, but I think I'll be taking my business to Aldi from now on. Super disappointed, Target used to be my favorite...
