So the first time I came here I had dip and I didn’t really like the shape or outcome but the nail tech was so sweet I didn’t complain ... this location is very close to my office so I purchased gift cards for my staff for pedis after as appreciation ... I came in yesterday and asked them to do a polish on my nails that I had just had done at my usual place by my house ... I just wanted them to remove the nail polish I had used at home when I wanted color added since I didn’t have time to go back to my spot and paint them ... the manager was going in circles with me about how they’d have to buff my nail for the color to stay and he didn’t want to take make money off me for a polish change .. I’m not sure why the money talk because I never said I was on a budget I know I was asking them to fix smthn they had not done so I just simply wanted them to do whatever needed to be done to polish.. the manager got a take named Dannie to do my nails ... rudest tech I have ever had in my life ... they proceeded to argue with me that my polish I had was gel (it was in fact a polish I got at the grocery store that I borrowed from my daughter ) they went back and forth in their language and Dannie was repeatedly saying “gel not polish “ and he rudely grabbed my hands and angrily drilled the color away ... I wanted to get up and leave I was overwhelmed wanting to cry he made me feel so upset ... he rudely told me to wash hands .. angrily painted ... was so rough he made my cuticles bleed ... and told me I was done ... I felt like I had asked for such a complicated thing and was treated so poorly when I simply wanted a polish change . I asked the manager when I was paying if he was the manager and he simply said yes and didn’t care to ask why ... so I paid the 10$ for the polish change and I did not tip the tech as he didn’t deserve the 10$ I paid for the service even. The fact that I bought certificates and this place was convenient close to our office and they were so rude .. I will never go here again ! The place is very pretty decorated but the customer service is awful .. they have no people skills and act like they are better than the customers they serve. Worst...
   Read moreTerrible Customer Service. I had been looking forward to getting my nails done all week and was excited to come into this good-looking place! As soon as I walked in the door an older lady yelled at me “can I help you?” She was nowhere in sight. She came from somewhere off to the side and was holding her cell phone with a game on the screen and sounds going on (while getting my nails done I observed her doing this to other customers walking in). This “hostess” was not smiling and not welcoming at all. She pointed to a menu and expected me to know what to fill out on a sheet of paper (that didn’t make sense to me). I asked for clarification and she sighed and seemed very bothered by my question. I guess it is a check in sheet? I then asked her where the nail polish was located so I could go pick a color for my toes and she just gestured to a chair so I would sit down and said “nail tech will bring color to you”. I didn’t see where the nail polish was and I thought she misunderstood my question, so I asked again and she said “no, they will bring to you”. There was no tech in site and the water wasn’t ready. It took a few minutes before someone came to me. The person doing my pedicure was rude when telling me the position he wanted be to bend my feet. I repositioned myself twice before he got frustrated and seemed to lose patience with me since I didn’t get it right. I didn’t get the chance to go pick from the colors they had - later to find out - they were on the wall opposite to where I had been seated . I just described a color and the tech went over and grabbed a few. By that time I was done with and just picked whatever. The manicure looks a little far from the cuticle as if it had already grown out a few days. Also, this was during their “Happy Hour – 20% off” and I was not given the discount. The minimum a business can do is greet their customers with a smile and not make it as if the customer is interrupting them by showing up. There are so many other nail places available, there is no reason to have crappy service twice. I will NEVER return to this place and suggest you go...
   Read moreWent in today and asked for pedicure & nail fill for myself, as well as, a pedicure & manicure for my daughter in law. I had called ahead to make sure they were open and had time to see us and was told yes & to come on in. We were seated and realized after more than 30 minutes that there were at least 6 other patrons waiting for pedicures. I asked if they cold at least fill the foot baths so we could warm up since the a/c was so high & we were freezing. We waited another 45-1 hour before a woman came to do my nails, I then asked her if she could fill our foot baths since it still had not been done. She grudgingly did it. She filled my nails and they look horrible!! When she was done, no one had started our pedicures but she brought me the bill for my nails and went to do another clients nails. We waited another 45-1hr; when they finished a mother & grandmother's nails nearby & were then asked if they could do the nails & toes of the 2ish & 4ish year old little girls with them & they agreed taking them before us, it was at this point we took our wrinkled up pruned feet out of the ice cold baths & went to pay for my nails which look terrible!!! I spoke to the receptionist & so called manager asking why we were not told that there would be such a wait or why they would decide to take two children ahead of us after we had waited well more than two hours all I got in return was "we don't have enough employees today" Are you kidding me? There were many opportunities to let me know that we would have a substantial wait, starting with my phone call prior to even arriving at the salon!!! I love the pedicures they do here but after the service I received today and the fact that my nails have been done very poorly 4 of the five times I have gone to Majestic Nails. There are way to many nail salons and I will make sure everyone knows the service I received here is not even worth a one...
