This was our first time trying Hawaiian Brothers. My first observation was that they give you a handheld device at the drive through, when using a card to pay, which encourages you to tip and there are tip jars at the windows. So, I tipped 10% on 2 plates and it was 30$. That's a lot for fast food takeout. I support tipping, but if you're going to ask for them, especially at a fast food place, they should work hard to get it right. The chicken, both varieties I had, were delicious. But, they got my order wrong. I would have loved to finish my plate but I LOATHE macaroni salad, which I made sure to tell the person talking my order. It seems the problem was the person fulfilling the order. I was already having to compromise with just having meat and rice (for that price) because I'm not supposed to eat rice, but I don't like macaroni salad. I also can't eat bell peppers and they are all inside the veggies. I originally wanted the salad but it contains cilantro and they said it is all mixed in together so there's no way to get a salad without the cilantro. Bottom line, there are not many things on the menu I can eat or want to eat. That was disappointing considering the price. If you like macaroni salad, cilantro and bell peppers then you should try this place. If you find yourself being a little more particular or with dietary limitations like I have, I suggest studying the menu before you visit.

Ohana means family and that is how they treat you here at the Alliance Hawaiian Bros! They were very busy when we arrived and "Momma-T" was running the show. She didn't miss a beat, saying Aloha to greet everyone that entered. In the lobby you have the option of ordering at the counter or skipping the line and ordering at a self serve kiosk. Momma-T helped those using the self order station and answered all questions and just like a true Mom, she made some good suggestions. The drive thru often has "runners" outside taking your order similar the a popular chicken chain. The food here at Hawaiian Bros is always delicious and plentiful. I like spicy, so it is gard for me to choose between the MOLOKAI CHICKEN (Sweet & spicy perfectly grilled chicken with a little heat) or the KILAUEA CHICKEN (Sweet & spicy grilled chicken with a lava hot kick.) The portions are large enough for my wife and I to share, so we get out right at $11 total for both of us! For dessert, they have Dole whip!!! Yes just like at Disney, they have Dole whip and while they always have the pineapple, the 2nd flavor changes out every so often. They have dipping sauces such as single serve packets of Sriracha, a smoky pineapple BBQ, Teriyaki & soy sauce. I'm not a rice guy, but thier sticky rice is kinda awesome! Give it a try 😃

4/3/2024- I should have known better then think this location would serve somerhing edible. The hottest item is the macaroni which is soured and sitting in a pool of oil. It taste like it is a few days old and is past expiration by days. The pork is cold and so so dry and the rice is crunchy. 3/10/2024 - I am not sure it is possible to make food that tastes worse then the meal I got today. It all tasted like it was reheated2/20/24- With one customer ahead of me I ordered one side of Rice. Five minutes after I ordered the person in front of me received his order. Mine should have been out seconds later but that would make sense. It was another 7 minutes before I received my side of rice. Total of 12 minutes to get nothing but Rice. Who is running the show here? They should be demoted or just fieed. 2023 - I'm just dont understand the whole fascination with the Hawaiian cuisine. I think they missed health class where they tell you that you shouldn't eat all white foods. Why is the macaroni salad so so salty. Every time I've eaten there it is just overwhelmingly salty. Despite the incredibly dry meat and overly salted macaroni salad the food is always very hot very fresh and The serving size is always very generous . It is a good value for your money.

I used to eat at this place often. Food is pretty good, but I definitely won't be eating at this location anymore. Went inside and placed an order for a Huli Huli plate to go. As I'm standing there watching the staff prepare orders I see about 2-3 guys in the kitchen eating out of containers holding the food that they serve to the public. They handed me my food through the large window. I didn't even open it, I immediately asked for a refund. At first they acted like they had no way of refunding me my money because the "manager" wasn't there. (Not even sure this place has a manager. It appeared to be ran by a bunch of kids just goofing off). Finally some guy (who smelled like an entire carton of Swisher Sweets) comes up to me and says that he's the assistant GM and that he can refund my money (I still don't see the refund on my account by the way). He also said that they weren't eating out of the containers, that the staff were merely "tasting" the food, that it's required of them, and that the forks were clean. Really?? šŸ™„ I'm like dude your staff was not tasting the food. They were sticking forks in their mouths, and using the EXACT same forks to stick in a different container of food like they were at an open buffet. My eyes don't lie, and neither does my camera phone that I used to record the entire incident. Hawaiian Bros train your staff better. Don't fire anyone. They seem to be decent young men. But TRAIN them better. Nobody wants a side of covid with...
