Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Although the food was hot and tasted good, I'm giving this store 2 stars. I'm very big on hygiene, and these employees are obviously not. The two ladies in the back after preparing food had not changed out gloves in the 45 Minutes I had been there, no telling how long they had them on before I had arrived. While handling food handling boxes, utensils paper and standing around talking with arms crossed not once did I see them remove the gloves wash their hands and refresh their gloves. The cashier left the front area and when a customer came in he had to get someone's attention because the ladies were just standing around talking, then the cashier reappears and took to the register without washing his hands.I noticed while their was no customers there was trash on the floor and the women's bathroom had no paper towels..employees were just standing around talking and cashier was playing on his phone.lthat is very unprofessional..as a manager these things should not be ok..hand washing and cleaning should be a...

The screen was broken and had no lights. When I was trying to order it was too dark to see the menu and i was laughed at by employees for taking too long over the speaker. I asked for another minute, and they continued to ask if I was ready every 30 seconds… mind you I CANT SEE THE SCREEN BC THERE ARE NO LIGHTS AND ITS DARK. When I got to the window, they asked us questions and then repeated back the WRONG THING. How do you forget what i told you literally 2 seconds after asking? Also, as soon as we finished eating we did not feel good at all. 0/5 if I could, never eating at this taco bell, or maybe any taco bell after this. My appetite has been ruined, and the incompetency of the employees here...

on this particular day I was really wanting my tacos that crunchness of the shell and that oh so refreshing drink ... well on this day I wasn't satisfied if I wanted a soft taco I would've ordered it . what I got was a soggy taco it wasn't crunchy and the drink well I didn't receive the drink I ordered and paid for . I was in such a rush getting home from a very long day from work that I didn't realize this until I sat down to have dinner with my friend to my surprise I had to throw the meals away and well the drink was not sweet maybe cause it was just corbinated water. if I wanted a mineral water carbinated I would've got one from la michacana...
