Taco Bell is one of my favorite resturants. The food is awesome, and the customer service is usaully great! Though the statements I've made are definitely true, and no question about it; on Wednesday, October 18, 2017, I went to this location 3150 Sycamore School Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76133 to ordered a Grande Meal. I believe it is a choice Taco Bell has created for good paying customers to build our combo.
So I requested to the young man who at that time was the cashier: I like to have the Grande Meal. Instead of getting three soft tacos, three crunchy tacos, and 4 bean burritos; I'd like to have 6 crunchy tacos, and 4 bean burritos. However, the young man who couldn't understand me; so I'd like to think, and I hope he wasn't giving me a hard time.
After repeating myself more than twice, I ask the youngmen if he can't understand me, can he call one of his coworkers over to take my order, who at that time ware standing in the back. He called a young lady over on my behalf, and I maded the same request. I like to have the Grande Meal. Instead of getting three soft tacos, three crunchy tacos, and 4 bean burritos; I'd like to have 6 crunchy tacos, and 4 bean burritos.
And she also could not understand me. As I remain patient , I explained what I wanted again. Instead of getting three soft tacos, three crunchy tacos, and 4 bean burritos; I'd like to have 6 crunchy tacos, and 4 bean burritos. Then it clicked in their head! Wow-it finaly clicked!
Though Taco Bell is one of my favorite resturants.The food is awesome, and the customer service is usaully great, some of the comments I've read in this customer review regarding other customers personal experience are fair comments, and my past experience was great as well; and I'd like to think that it is possible the two young employees may have had a long day. I wish every experience was a great experience. And I wish managers would do a better job with training their employees even though I know we're all are only human....................    Read moreI sat at the order menu for over 5 mins before I was greeted, I was the only person in line with minimal traffic at the restaurant. When I was greeted, I was greeted with a sharp and unfriendly âcan I help youâ. Before I was done ordering I was told âPull forward to the windowâ again sharply and unfriendly I continued finishing my order and was told once again to pull forward. Once I got to the window, I was handed my drinks with not even a hello. All I was told was my price. From this point on not another word was spoken to me from the drive thru attendant. After I was given my card back, the not so âfast foodâ wait began. For almost 25 mins I looked behind me and watched the cars pile up with no end in site. I consistently peered into the drive thru window and saw nothing but confusion, there were multiple personnel walking around without a care in the world as to the growing problem outside. I watched a woman stand at the counter for almost 5-10mins with multiple employees not even acknowledging her existence. I watched the drive thru attendant touch her phone multiples times with gloved hands, she kept walking back to the kitchen. I sure hope she was not not handling my food. And to top it all of instead of asking me if I wanted sauce she just threw 2 handfuls of sauce if her choosing into the bag.    Read moreI went here about 10 o clock last week. When I pulled up to the drive thru and started to give my order, I was immediately interrupted by the woman on the mic, who yelled "We outta beef!"
Thats fine and all, despite the fact that beef is 90% of their menu. We ordered the 2 chicken chalupa meal, which comes with a side taco and a drink. We asked if we could sub the meat in the taco out for chicken, since they didn't have beef and were told yes. We go to the window and get our food. We had to ask for a receipt because they didn't automatically give us one like they should have.
When i looked at it, it showed that they had charged us for the chicken substitution, even though we didnt have a choice.
I went in to complain and was told that "I have to charge for that because its like giving you free food if i dont" with a complete refusal to refund the charge. $1.60 isnt a lot and its not going to break my bank, but its not good business practice to charge someone for something when they dont have another choice, and you did not inform them it would be extra.
I will never go to this Taco Bell again. Congratulations guys! You got an extra $1.60 out of me but will never see another penny. This is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever been to and...
