Let start from the beginning. First, I read all the previous reviews, and I decided to keep an open mind. However, I did watch everything going on much closer. So my visit started out to my surprise that at 4:49 in the afternoon the parking lot was parked. There is tons of parking here but was a little dismayed at the small amount of handicap parking (6 spots). I was able to get into a veteran spot but was disappointed at the size of the space . Most veterans are handicap and I could barely open my doors. Not because of the way others parked but at just the small space. So inside we went, and yes, it was super busy. I was told about 15 min of wait before moving up to server wait. Which took another 15, but with it this busy, it was expected and moving faster than most restaurants in the area. My wife and I were seated, and our server Katie was the best. Not just her, but as I observed the room, I saw every server doing well, and no issues appeared around us. Katie was absolutely perfect. Drinks arrived before the others emptied without a word. This continued throughout the evening. Now, for the best part ! My wife ordered the 12oz ribeye (mediumrare), baked sweet potato, and side salad. I ordered the 16oz prime rib (medium), loaded baked potato, and side salad. We also ordered the cactus blossom for an appetizer. Everything came out at the perfect time. I know another of restaurants do the onion this way, but I was delighted at this one because it was cooked perfectly throughout. About halfway through the onion came our salads. There were amazing and obviously fresh produce. Cool and crisp as a salad should be.we finished the salads with fresh bread and the onion and could not have been happier. Or so I thought. Out came our main course, and both steaks were amazing and cooked to perfection. The added touch of melted marshmallows on my wife's sweet potato was the perfect touch. Now remember, I said Katie did an amazing job well during the whole course of the meal, not once did an empty plate or disgusting stay on the table. She would swoop on and remove the offensive pieces and kept our table clean. On a side note, folks that gave this restaurant one star. You should be ashamed. This restaurant has not been here for barely month, and is still training the staff. It takes time to bring people these days to this level of satisfaction. It does nit usually happen this fast, and I was simply delighted to see how well they did.

On Friday me and my wife went into the facilities to order our meal. She ordered the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes. It was great in her opinion. However, I ordered the pork ribs after waiting about 15 minutes to receive our food they brought out some cold pork ribs. They were called to the touch. It felt like they just came out of the refrigerator. I asked the waiter to touch them. She he said that they were cold as well so they wanted to bring me some more out. However, I know it for a fact that if you don't properly reheat ribs, they can kill you or cause you to be really sick. So I decided not to get any more ribs. The manager came out and I spoke to them about it and they sent their cook person who runs the kitchen out to check out the ribs. They would not bring me a temperature thermometer so I could get the accurate measurement. So I asked them to take it to the back. They came back and said it was about 80°. However I'm not saying he was not being honest. But for me if you touch a food and it is cold to your touch, there's no way it's 80° so I felt like it was more 50° if anything. After I got the temperature I called the manager. They sent a different manager out this time and they wanted to replace my ribs with more ribs. However, like I said, I had just dodged a very bad batch of botulism and wasn't about to try to put my life online by getting more ribs. I pointed out to the manager. The problem is not that my ribs are cold. It's the fact that someone's back there doing a terrible job and they need to address it. I decided not to order anything else. They took the price of the ribs off my ticket and I paid for the rest. However, once I got my bill and I tried to tip the waiter 15%. It came back at more of 25%. I took a picture of what it calculated and I'm going to post that picture. I noticed on the news that they said that restaurants are doing this and most people aren't catching it. I felt like I was being robbed at that point so I self calculated the amount adding up to 15% and gave it to the waiter because it was not his fault. He did a great job. I would like for anyone who is going to this restaurant to make sure that that tip calculator is correct because it is not. I will show you in my picture

Hold your horses, folks, because our recent trip to Texas Roadhouse was a good time, earning a solid 5 star review! We ventured in on a bustling weekend, right before Memorial Day, and braced ourselves for a long wait. To our pleasant surprise, we were seated in less than five minutes! Talk about speedy service! Our server, Felicia, was an absolute gem. She was incredibly attentive, super friendly, and just a genuine joy to have around. Seriously, she made our dining experience even better! Now, let's talk food! I dove into the fried catfish, which was perfectly crispy and absolutely delicious. My sides, a crisp side salad and a loaded sweet potato, were spot on the sweet potato was generously sized and superb. My dinner date opted for the chop steak, smothered in savory onions and sautéed mushrooms, with a rich brown gravy. It came with a side salad and a loaded baked potato. The steak was incredibly tender and cooked to a flawless medium well, just as requested. And that loaded baked potato? A match made in heaven! We capped off our meal with the apple pie a la mode, and let me tell you, it was the perfect sweet ending utterly delicious! Overall, this was a fantastic experience. Despite the pre holiday rush, the restaurant felt clean and the staff handled the volume like seasoned pros. We never felt rushed or like an afterthought, which is a huge plus on a busy night. We'll definitely be back for more of that Texas Roadhouse magic!

I rarely leave reviews, but I had such a good experience I wanted to let you know! I never really expect new restaurants to get things right as they're starting out, so honestly my standards weren't that high. Lately people in the service industry have been very rude and seem to hate being at work. But here, it's a different story! I was surprised when the young man at the to-go counter eagerly greeted me and asked if I'd like to see my food. He then preceded to open each part of my order to show me and make sure nothing was overlooked! He didn't roll his eyes, he was happy to do it. Most of the time I can barely get someone to look up or acknowledge me at all. I love this because we did discover my rolls weren't put in the bag, which would have been a bummer when I got home! Aside from the workers fantastic attitude, I love that they have parking spots close up for carry out! I have a neurological condition and it's really hard for me to walk very far, so this was really nice. Upon walking up, I noticed that there was a completely separate To-Go shack area with a window! I didn't even have to go into the restaurant and stand shoulder to shoulder with people waiting for a table. This is such a great set up! I will be ordering again and again this way. And finally, the reason I felt so inclined to leave a review - I'm just finishing my left overs, and I can say in all my years I've never enjoyed a steak twice. Let alone a sirloin! Until now. Even reheated it's so tender and full of flavor! Whoever cooked the steaks July 5th, 10/10 🤌🏼 Thank you! I rarely order this cut of meat because I find it tough, not very flavorful and almost always overcooked. Not this one! It was cooked perfectly throughout the entire thing. I got the onions and mushrooms to go on top, they didn't skimp! They were in a separate bowl, and usually the onions are undercooked and crunchy - these were caramelized. They tasted like they've been cooking all day! I got 2 side salads so I could have one for lunch the next day, those were perfect. (They include plenty of dressing btw). And of course the rolls were incredible. Prior to leaving the review I went and read the 1 star reviews and most of them are ridiculous. Some people just can't be pleased regardless of how you rectify the situation. I also hate reading 1 star reviews that say "food was great" or "service was good" ..."BUT" They'll list a bunch of things that were good, and then one thing was bad and it ruined their entire life. That's WILD. Whatever happened 2 Stars? Or 3 stars? If everything was fantastic except one area, how does that add up to 1 star. If there's literally nothing the restaurant can do to fix the situation, why are you even eating out? Imagine being in their shoes for a minute. I hope more people who rarely leave reviews (like myself) decide to post theirs. Way to go Burleson TRH, for still being new you're doing...

My husband brought me here for my 40th birthday. All I wanted for my birthday was a good steak dinner. I never received my steak dinner. We called in the parking lot to see if there was a wait since the parking lot was filled. There was not a wait. We were promptly seated and ordered our drinks. My husband got a tea and I ordered an alcohol beverage and a water. We also ordered our appetizer, Rattlesnake bites along with our dinner order. We ordered 2 porterhouse tbones. My husband received his tea and I didn't receive anything. Our appetizer came out immediately. I didn't want to try them until I had some sort of drink since they had jalapeno in them. I stopped another waitress and asked for a water. My watered down drink from the bar came out 15 minutes later. We sat there for 30 minutes awaiting our food. We hadn't received our salads and I began to worry they didn't put our food in. At that time another table sat down behind us and they promptly received their, drinks, appetizer and SALADS. At that point I knew they hadn't put in our food order and with it being 2 of the top expensive things on the menu I figured it would be prioritized. My husband looks at the device on the table and pushed pay now and pushed the details button and sure enough the food was not put in. We asked a different server to speak to the manager as our waiter hasn't checked on us in the 45 minutes. He also was not the one that brought me water, alcohol beverage or appetizer. He was very attentive to the table behind us though. After 10 minutes the manager comes over with an attitude and we tell her our concerns and she said we can't give you your time back but I can make sure your food comes out correctly and in a timely manner. And I think to myself that was the goal to begin with. She then comes back and slams our salads on the table and tell us it's been waiting in the window. Which wasn't true at all otherwise it'd be wilted and gross. I'm confused at this point cuz I didn't know if she wanted us to go get it ourselves 😂As a restaurant manager myself I would have offered something for our wasted time instead of treating my guests in that manner. Again my husband goes to click on the pay now button and it's clear they had just put our food in. At that point the table behind us, that came in way after us, was finished and paying their bill and I decided it wasn't worth it so we left and will never return to be treated like that. And not once an apology just...
