Absolutely a terrible experience. It started with being ignored multiple times when I was standing exactly where I was instructed, & finally one member of management staff, Manny, actually acknowledged me and seated me. Whomever is in charge of ensuring sanitary menus dropped the ball because the menu had someone’s food inside of it, and I didn’t see it in time and touched it. This is my FAVORITE restaurant and this is my first time getting terrible service. My waitress. Alize, only came and spoke to me once in 30 minutes, & she most definitely displayed an attitude when I mentioned how long I’d been waiting & had not received any service. While I understand they may have been short-staffed, her response was off-putting when I simply answered her question and did so kindly and without malice. She proceeded to tell me how the two tables next to me had just gotten drinks in a tone I didn’t appreciate. My husband, whom she didn’t know was on the phone, even asked why she seemed to be offended & got rude when I calmly I answered & expressed I hadn’t been served when she is the one who finally came up and asked. I’m a big tipper, but this is why I tip based on service only. The waitress, Alize then brought the complimentary bread to the table without saying a word to me about 10 min later. No plate or anything just sat it on the table and left. I was so disgusted at how poor the service was, I quietly and patiently just waited for my food so I could leave. I can’t say I would ever come back to this location which is unfortunate because it’s extremely close to our home. Service from Kenny & Manny (not even my actual servers) was 10/10, FIVE STARS!! They were polite and actually acted like they saw me sitting in human form in their establishment. *Edit. Kudos to management for making the ticket right after seeing all the blood in my steak after management specifically instructed the cooks well done w/ no red. I would say speak to waitstaff about being polite to customers even when they are overworked because just as I spoke with kindness and I exhibited patience, I didn’t expect my first correspondence with my actual waitress to be rude. Alize provided me terrible service, and I was very offended with how quickly she became rude, especially after I was polite to her after not even knowing she was my waitress for over 30 minutes. Lastly, thanks Vicky for being so kind and assisting me when the waitress took a ridiculous amount of time to ever return to the table, and still returned with the same attitude. My advice to the waitress is please don’t mistreat patrons because they have received less than normal service and answer honestly without even an ounce of malice or rudeness. My treatment was not okay. Manny, thank you for attempting to bridge the...
Read moreif I could give zero stars I would. We came in to eat on Saturday. I had ordered the Parmesan crust chicken, which was a little too much for my taste so my husband told me we can just order the chicken fried chicken to go since I've had that before. I know that that comes with gravy on the side. However, when we were waiting at the to go area, there was a guy that was standing there looking at me like I was stupid when I was trying to tell him that we were waiting for it to go order. He rolled his eyes and told me to stand over there and wait and he'll get it together. Mind you, that was the first words of exchange that we had with each other. No idea what his problem was. I stepped to the side and then I had to go outside to walk off some of the food that I ate because I wasn't feeling too good so my husband was waiting for the food. Took about maybe 15 to 20 minutes just to get our to go order that we placed while we were eating our food initially when we were dining inside. come home check the food and there's no gravy in here. I called and waited over 30 minutes on the phone and decided to just go straight to management, there was a lady that I spoke to who would not state her name. Clearly, she got smart with me and told me that it's Longhorn steakhouse they don't put gravy on their chicken fried chicken. I told her I know that it comes on the side. Then she's like well. What would you want me to do? I told her at this point I can't make it over there just to pick up some gravy that she offered, which should've been in the order to begin with because it's on my order. But to please train their associates better and have better attitudes. Their food is pretty good but very bad taste in my mouth with attitudes like that. And no, I didn't give anybody an attitude while bringing this up, or even picking up the food. But this place is seriously way understaffed if they are blaming being busy. Not even a sorry. I'm just saying, do better. And don't say that you're going to call me back if you're not really going to call me back. (whatever she mesnt by that) because she asked for my phone number which I gave her my husband's and we were sitting by the phone while we were cleaning up and no phone call. She just wanted to get me off of the phone. Mind you, it's a Monday night. I really hate this location and will be taking the drive out to a different location. Next time I choose to eat at...
