Yes my son was the one who turned me onto Mooyah Burgers, and it was the best the first time I went which was the earlier part of this year and since then went back, last time I went which was last month after I left a store near by once I got home to eat my burger it was mushy and just awful, I informed my son whom went after I told him, he was ok with his burger but yesterday evening around 5pm he came home and informed me of his experience. He stated mom never again they tried me, he asked for a vegan burger and some kind of vegan bun, something told him to check his burger and it was not vegan burger nor whatever kind of bun he asked for. So he went back in and asked for the correct order this time when he went to the car they had the correct burger but a frozen bun when he went back in and informed the guys they started laughing and corrected his order by then once he got home I was upset so I called. The customer service was not appropriate and the guy that answered had a soft voice as I asked to speak to the manager it was followed by a WHAT I was like excuse me now mind you im on loud speaker in my living room and I do have a camera in the room. I was hung up on several times then sent straight to voice mail which was full. So I went up there called while I was there in the parking lot and no answer. So as I was walking in my facial expression showed and I asked for the manager or Supervisor some lil guy came up mean while the lil gestures on everyone face behind the counter I asked several of them who hung the phone up and why they were not answering to be told they were busy and they were not to where they could not take calls, but the guy I spoke to said he was either the manager or Sup and I remembered the soft voice and asked what was his name he said Sahay I asked him was he the one that hung up on me or answered the phone he said no it was Sahay and he left a few minutes ago so etc., (I dont play with kids at all)I then informed all of the guys behind the counter that they should not play with people food like that and that they need to start watching the news and you tube because people can get real upset and they have no clue how out of hand this could have gotten and their customer service skills were poor. To be honest with you these kids do not know people mental and as I was leaving out a couple and their daughter was too so I apologized to them because I didnt know if I was the reason they were leaving, but as we were talking and I do have proof they informed me they messed their food up as well and they stated not to stoop to their level because they are high school kids which I did not but they make it bad for the public that come out to support and spend our hard earned money and make a bad name for the restaurant, it's hard to find good places that have good hamburgers. Please respond and do something about the kids that work in there even my son who recommended me to your restaurant stated that he was not going back until you hire new employees. Read moreMy wife and I used to frequent this place. We haven't been there in a while but thought we could grab some takeout. 3 weeks ago we called 3 times in a row with no answer. Ok I guess they don't want business? 1 week ago we called twice, still no answer! And their online ordering is broken. So I drive over there and yeah they are open. Waiting in line I hear the cashier being less than friendly to a (handicaped) guy in front of me. I don't think much of if until it's my turn and she just stares at me. I smile and say "are we ready?" She didn't flinch, just dead stared at me. It was weird, like in a bad movie. Anyway I order and she literally walkes away mid order without a word and comes back... again, bad movie vibes. I get through my order and she did ask one clarifying question and I had to repeat a few things. It was just weird. I waited 30 mins for my food. I was not the only one waiting. The man that was in front of me in line inquired about his order status and lo and behold it was ready. Who knows for how long. I should note there were only 4 people waiting on food, none of them big orders. So my food is ready and the guy basically whispers my name, ok dude I'll read your lips. I walk up to grab my food and this guy just stares at me. I repeat my name in question form and he just stares. Like what is wrong with this staff?? So weird. As I'm double checking the order (by myself. Apparently even though they have many bad reviews about orders being wrong, they still don't double check with the customer. Hmm) 20 seconds after getting my food, I realize everything is luke warm at best. I'm not about to waste more time in this place or be faced with talking to this unfriendly staff again. So I leave and go home to eat our sub-par burgers.
Now I want to be clear, the quality used to be much better. For take out and dine in. But this declining staff and food quality has been a trend the last year that we do not want to participate in anymore.
The 2 stars is because I will not be going back. It would have been 3 if I could tolerate that food quality and unfriendly staff type again. But I guess I can't. It's the food quality that gets me. Used to be some of the best burgers around.

There wasn’t a simple way to make the substitution. They had to use the “build your own burger” option. I’m glad that the customizable option exists, as I’m a firm believer in customizable food. However it did cost a couple dollars more that way than it should have.
The drink was typical fountain drink fare, though the ice dispenser on the machine was broken. This wasn’t a big deal to me as the drinks come out cool enough already.
When we got our food, my burger and my partner’s burgers were mixed up, being on different platters from our correct fries (they got regular fries). Getting that sorted was simple enough, but it was another quirk in the experience.
The sweet potato fries were delicious, though there were a few regular fries, mixed in, as well. Again, this was not something I personally minded as I like variety.
The burger was quite tasty. They cooked the black bean patty just right, and I liked the flavor mix of the jalapeños and queso sauce on it, mixed with the onion strings they did not have enough mayo for my taste, but it wasn’t a big deal because there was so much queso , I particularly liked the bun. It was soft and tasty, and I am a sucker for square shaped buns.
The ambience of the room was fine, and fairly standard with nothing really to set it apart. The seating was good with plenty of walks space, and the furnishings felt nice and solid.
Ultimately, I enjoy the facilities and the food more than your typical fast food joint, though it is a far cry from the best burger joint I’ve been in. It’s a solid choice if you are in the area and looking...
