Stopped through this location for some lunch. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building so I went inside. There was a line inside as well. There was only one cashier. She was an older woman who was very slow and completely flustered. As people stared at her frustrated over not receiving their food she got more nervous by the second. A manager finally came up and whispered to her and she abruptly stopped taking orders and began bagging meals. The problem is that no one else stepped in to take our orders. It was as if this was this joints first lunch crowd and they were totally unprepared to deal with us. The problem is that this Wendy's has been here for many year's. Read moreI ordered a Caesar Grilled Chicken Salad this afternoon around 3pm 05/03/15. Actually my boyfriend had ordered it and dropped it off to me for lunch. Before I ate my salad I put the dressing & croutons on then put the lid back on and shook it up. After opening the salad back up I proceeded to eat it only to discover a DEAD FLY IN MY SALAD! I immediately spit it out and went to the store to show them my salad. The customer service was awful, they had an attitude and no apology. Just offered to make me a new salad. I've worked fast food in my pervious years and I have been working retail for a long time ... not a good way to handle a customer. Read moreThis location has lost my order twice now - the second time it never re-appeared in their system. Management is uncaring of their shortcomings, and will refuse service despite producing a dated receipt of purchase through a mobile order. Staff was generally dismissive and unfriendly. On several occasions dining in with coworkers, we experienced a rancid smell coming from the back room. Undoubtedly the dirtiest, most poorly-managed location I've ever been too.
Calling customer service results in being put on hold in excess of 30 minutes. For me, it meant I was out the entire cost of my order.
