I walked in today (6/9), and both sales associates looked at me as I came in but said nothing. I was curious about a dress I saw on display in front of the shop. I was able to find it on the rack inside, but I couldn’t find my size. And after a few minutes of searching and looking around, one of them finally asked “can we help you?” in a rather annoyed tone. My guess is they didn’t want to give me the time of day because I was in my gym clothes. Honestly even if they did have the dress in my size, I wouldn’t have bought it anyway just from the way they treated me. Some advice to the associates- don’t judge people based on appearances. I am in love with this store. The buyer truly has amazing taste and really knows her fabrics and styles. She should buy for Nordstrom’s! The personnel were also easy to work with and very pleasant...people I wouldn’t mind getting to know if I continued to shop there. They were knowledgeable and made sure I got not only the best experience but the best value as well.
