Terrible experience! We arrived a few minutes prior to 10am on Tue. morning, we were seated by the hostess who also turned out to be the waitress. There were 3 of us. It took awhile for her to come back and get our drink orders because she was trying to sit the various people who kept arriving along with tending the tables around us, about 4 or 5 other tables. We were able to place our order and after about 30 minutes of waiting we asked her the status of our food and she stated she saw we were next up on the list per the screen she had previously looked at. After another 15 minutes we asked for an update and again she said we were next and they were working on our meal. We asked for a Coke and she brought back Root Beer. Finally after an hour had passed of us placing our food and asking her the status of our food, again, she brought the food out for it to be the wrong order completely. She had touched the toast with her ungloved hands and proceeded to move them from one plate to the next and then place the plate in front of us, the order was wrong. After this, I told her to just cancel our order. She then went back into the kitchen got some other food and tried to serve us, which we declined since it was not correct and we were just aggravated from everything happening. I asked to speak tot he manager and explained to her the situation along with asking her why they had such limited staff at the time. She agreed that there were not enough people on staff at the moment and apologized but was very nonchalant about it, like, "Oh well, it it what it is" attitude. Before walking out of the restaurant, there were at least 8-10 people on line waiting for the hostess to be seated while she was busy serving tables and taking orders. Read moreThis Dennys is a complete joke of a restaurant. Amanda our server was completely rude and has no customer service what’s so ever. Explain to me how one can ask for a milk shake and it’s brought to the table covered in napkins, sticky and dripping down the cup and table. How in your right mind can you believe that is presentable to someone that is paying for the service. Now I wouldn’t have been so bothered had she told me when ordering for my father who wanted a vanilla milkshake with caramel which I ordered and in no moment did she advise they couldn’t do caramel shakes as soon as I ordered it but she definitely put the nail in the coffin when she felt the need to pull the menu up off the table and point and nastily says if you see here we don’t do vanilla shakes with caramel. So which I respond that should have been advised before walking off to put the order in knowing that’s what was ordered. Again she walks off without a word and we were left sitting until another server came over to take the remaining of our order and Amanda never came back to the table. Now I’m not sure if she just didn’t feel the need to have customer service because it wasn’t her area but that’s your job regardless if it’s your table or not especially if you were covering for someone Atleast have consideration of that. Paid an 85 dollar bill for horrible service because my parents who are elderly didn’t want to leave and cause a scene. Read moreUPDATE #2 I submitted this review 7 month's ago.. As you can see below they responded and gave me an email to message for a refund and to speak with the GM. I reached out and never heard anything. They also originally commented that because the pandemic unemployment payments was so high at the time they had no staff, they deleted that comment/response. There's no excuse for cross contamination, period. There's also no excuse for not giving me a full refund. I never leave reviews but this treatment was unethical. And now on top of that they blocked me from leaving another review. All I wanted was my money back and I never even got a full refund from uber eats ** I ordered from Denny's virtual "Burger Den" on UberEats. We had quite a large order and spent $80. The first issue was 4 items from our order was missing and Denny's didn't reach out to see if we wanted a substitute so we was still charged for those items. Ofcourse UberEats will refund us the money for those items but thats not what made me leave a review. MY MOTHER'S CHICKEN 'N' PORK SANDWICH WAS RAW!!! Even worse than that she ate 2 bites before she realised so now she's sick. I am attaching picture's. I am very dissapointed, and am hoping she doesn't get salmonella from this.
