Paola if you’re reading this you are rude. Like many other reviews, I went to this place for breakfast, entered through the drive thru, thought wow this is going fast, instructed to park at the “reserved parking” for McDonald’s drive thru. Unfortunately after sitting there some where a long the side of the gas station because the two reserved drive thru signs were already taken, I realized that there was 5 other cars WAITING for food that they ordered in through the drive thru. After sitting there for 10 mins and only seeing one employee come out with food to deliver to one car, I decided to call the store and see what was going on with all these people waiting for food while others in the drive thru we’re getting their food and going. When I called the person who said they were in charge explained that they’re really busy and waiting on food and that people in the drive thru leaving only ordered one item or so. That’s fine I get it, I started to explain the frustration as right in the middle of me talking to this so called “person in charge” they hung up on me. Furious, I walked in the store and asked to speak to GM. Well GM wasn’t there then I asked to speak to the person who spoke to me just then on the phone the one who hung up on me, and PAOLA said “ I can help you” I said I need to speak to the person who answered the phone, she stated that all the “managers” are all taking orders and that she don’t know who answered the phone it was who ever is in the back so I said let me speak to the person in the back, she denied me saying they were too busy. She was the rudest, and I quickly realized that her voice sounded just like the one who answered my call and hung up on me 🤔 so I knew that’s more than likely why she didn’t go get the “person in the back” who supposedly answered my call. I never make a scene but damn these people are rude, I worked fast food for years and I know exactly what good customer service is and Paola, you need a different job some where behind a desk where no customer can speak to you because you don’t have manners. Read moreFries were not hot, the app wouldn’t let me place my order trying to place it with one coupon so after multiple times I tried another coupon but it went through all of a sudden in the middle of placing my new order and I guess it was an order without a drink I had to wait in line for a long time before even getting to the speaker box even tho there were just two cars in front of me n then wait even at the speaker box I greeted them since no one greeted me n they of course had me wait longer at the speak Didn’t repeat my order to me and their screen didn’t work so you would think they would do Atleast that then when I got to the window the girl gave me my receipt no hello or smile or anything n I checked the receipt it said there was no drink so I asked to add a drink which literally takes a min to make Ive worked fast food before and the machine makes the drink for them at McDonald’s so hard is it really but they said I would have to go back through bcuz I wanted to use Apple pay n then I said it’s ok I can give you cash and they said no you’ll still have to go back through or come inside cuz we have a line The drink coulda been at my hand by then Terrible customer service skills really I wanted that long in line and they couldn’t take an extra min to collect and make me a drink that the machine literally makes for...
Read moreI did rate this spot 5 out of 5 before but as of the remodeling, quality service has gone down. My last experience which out me to the point of having to redo my previous rating was going through the drive through, placing my order and seeing it on the screen but when I went to pay the person didn't see the proper order. As I was going through the order, I was cut off charged a lower price at which looking through the receipt didn't have my order only my spouses. I understand new employees and such but the person was being observed by someone else and if this were a true training should have stepped in especially once I voiced the price was too low and that they missed my order. My suggestion to any customers is to verify on the screen, once they ring you up make sure the numbers match and when you get your food, just double check the correct items are in the order.
