We were looking for a place to unwind and have a couple of cocktails at the end of a long day and we found a great one! David has set up a gorgeous establishment with a team that works well together, is knowledgeable and personable while not being pushy trying to steer you into what they want you to drink. The award winning Original Frankfort cocktail is an example of balance that shows what a true craft cocktail should be. Just the right ingredients so you can taste each part as it becomes one tasty drink! Every drink is made with care and precision that you can taste. The bourbon selection is pretty amazing, almost overwhelming. The crew will base a flight on whatever your preference is coming up with suggestions based on what you like. I listened to David make recommendations on how to best enjoy a Stagg pour to get the most of it, yet never told them they had to drink it that way. Always a 5 star establishment! We went during a downtime on a Saturday and enjoyed getting to have a nice chat with the bartender at the time. He was a very friendly gentleman, and I wish I could remember his name. He had no problems telling us the difference and history behind the Blantons bottles of bourbon they had. Overall, the drinks were amazing. My husband says you can't beat their old fashion me personally. I always go for their sugar cookie. It's the little details they add to their drinks that really make them stand out. I love the sparkly sugared rim of the sugar cookie drink. The branded ice cube and orange twist for the old fashion just make it a very beautiful drink to order as well. We are also a huge fan of just how classy and beautiful this bar is. Beautiful spot with amazing decor and vibe, unfortunately service was absolutely terrible There were only 6 people in the whole bar and after putting in our order the bartender said he’d bring the drinks to us, so I gave him my card to start a tab and went back to sit with my friends on the couch. The bartender, Austin, then decided to have a 20 minute conversation with a couple at the bar before starting on our cocktails. My friends and I sat and watched him from the couch in disbelief before I finally went back to the bar and asked him if we could get our drinks. When we did get the drinks they were not that great either but that could just be because of our impression of the overall service.
