If you asked if I could describe this coffee shop in one word I’d say that’s impossible. For the very reason of it being a Historical Firehouse with a Modern twist. Being a coffee enthusiast and Firefighter, this place was absolutely perfect and timeless. With the historical pictures and descriptions of where the old firehouse came from made the atmosphere perfect. The Staff were very welcoming and when asked what their favorite drink was, the response was a ice Caramel Latte which was a delicious drink. I would highly recommend this Coffee Shop to anyone, and I would recommend to have this shop as a destination for anyone.

This coffee shop is easily one of the best in town, and each drink is made with love and care for all different tastes. The base coffee is delicious and smooth, and is only enhanced by flavoring, as it should be! I highly recommend trying their seasonal menus as much as possible.

Read moreI stopped by Engine house because they were just around the corner from our Air BNB I must say their pastries were Devine however, the Lavender Matcha left much to be desired. It was watered down so much that you could barely taste the matcha and no hint of lavender at all. My husband did say his coffee was good but for the price of the Latte I would stay clear of it. Not sure if they made it with Water instead of milk or what but it was not good at all. Thank goodness for the pastries and the coffee. I will say though they were very nice in the shop as well.
