I stopped in there Wed morning to get a cup of coffee.I was downtown Frankfort which does not happen often,Although I do live here.The cup of coffee that I happen to be searching for was not achieved. However I was drawn into the delightful scene of cupcakes and cookies.Carrot cake cupcakes especially caught my taste Buds.After searching the eye candy of different assortment. It was elected,and voted.Lets try those Carrot cake cupcakes out.Leaving with two and a Scone in toll. I think,no I know I have made a new friend in those cupcakes.They were not heavy like most of that kind are.The icing was very light and tasteful. The pecans on the top were an extra delight.The sorta heavenly cream in the middle.I have to tell you,I don't know what it was.Possibly a nutmeg something something.I am planning my trip back to this delightful find for ASAP. When i say that I have never enjoyed a cupcake more than the oatmeal cream pie one that i had gotten from this shop, I mean i have NEVER tasted something as magical as that. I have been back to here 5 days in a row to try everything. So far i have not found one thing that I hadn’t loved. I’m also not a huge overly sweet person and they seem to hit the mark EVERY TIME! I will never go to another bakery again. They have gotten themselves a life long client. The staff are super friendly and take their time. I’ve never felt rushed even when they are packed. Thank you Wicked Whisk for making this beautiful cake for my birthday! My husband said the person who took the order over the phone was very polite, and very thorough going over flavors, designs, and colors! He got a cookies and cream sheet cake with buttercream frosting (BEST buttercream and cake I’ve ever had). It was beautifully decorated and the taste was out of this world! It was a sweet surprise to come home to 💚 I also had a coworker hand out their Mardi Gras stuffed cookies a couple weeks ago and it lasted a whole 5 seconds on my desk!
